Tarihte y\u00fczdeki k\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131 inceleyip yorumlayarak, hastal\u0131klar\u0131 te\u015fhis etme y\u00f6ntemini ilk defa \u00c7inliler uygulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de \u00c7in\u2019in baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde \u201cnab\u0131z dinleyerek\u201d<\/strong>, genel y\u00fcz g\u00f6stergelerini inceleyerek hastal\u0131k te\u015fhisi yap\u0131p tedavi uygulamalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer insanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu, yada en az\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131k bilimiyle u\u011fra\u015fanlar taraf\u0131ndan bu g\u00f6stergeler bilinip dikkate al\u0131nsayd\u0131, emar, tomografi, ultrason\u00a0 yada\u00a0 anjio\u00a0 gibi (genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in tehlikeli, ekonomimiz i\u00e7in y\u00fck oldu\u011fu kesin olan) i\u015flemlerin (zaruri olanlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda)\u00a0 pek \u00e7o\u011funun yap\u0131lmas\u0131na gerek kalmazd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Normal \u015fartlarda v\u00fccudumuz Allah\u2019\u0131n koydu\u011fu yasalara g\u00f6re muntazam bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Ancak ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcremiz ile, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak hastal\u0131klar ve ihtiyarl\u0131k seviyemiz, tamamen v\u00fccudumuzu tan\u0131mam\u0131za, g\u00f6sterece\u011fimiz ilgiye alakaya, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131m\u0131za,\u00a0 beslenme \u015feklimize ve v\u00fccudumuzun (i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f olmak \u00fczere) genel bak\u0131m\u0131yla do\u011frudan ilgilidir.<\/p>\n

Evet ya\u015flanma s\u00fcremizi uzatmak\u00a0 ve\u00a0 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015flanarak, ihtiyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 geciktirmek, hastal\u0131klar\u0131 en az\u00a0 seviyeye\u00a0 indirmek, daha kaliteli,\u00a0 daha konforlu, daha enerjik, daha \u00fcretken, daha verimli bir ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k ge\u00e7irmek, yani nas\u0131l ya\u015flanaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00f6netmek kesinlikle<\/p>\n

elimizdedir. Ya\u015flanmayla ilgili bir \u00e7ok bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir \u00e7ok yerinde \u00e7ok uzun ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fayan topluluklar bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda, bu konuda benim i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck dayanak, Kur-an\u2019\u0131 Kerim’de yer alan, (‘Ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131za gelen her musibet, kendi ellerinizle yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n sonucudur. \u00dcstelik O bir \u00e7o\u011funu da affetmektedir’ – \u015eura suresi\/ 30.) Ayeti ile kendi ya\u015fant\u0131m ve bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131k durumumdur.<\/p>\n

Bana g\u00f6re ihtiyarl\u0131\u011fa engel olabilmek \u00f6ncelikle, insan\u0131n ana rahmine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc andan itibaren \u00f6l\u00fcnceye kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcreyi, hastal\u0131klar yani ihtiyarl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ele almam\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hastal\u0131k nedenleri bebeklik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015fka, ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k d\u00f6neminde ba\u015fka de\u011fildir. Ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131z ne olursa olsun hastal\u0131k nedenleri hep ayn\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Sadece bir \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lan do\u011frular\u0131n yada hatalar\u0131n, bir sonraki d\u00f6nemi \u00e7ok ciddi \u015fekilde etkiledi\u011fi bilinmelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin bebekli\u011fimizde anne baban\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011frular yada yanl\u0131\u015flar \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumuzu, \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumuz gen\u00e7li\u011fimizi, gen\u00e7li\u011fimiz orta ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, orta ya\u015flarda, ileri ya\u015flardaki sa\u011fl\u0131k durumumuzu \u00e7ok ciddi \u015fekilde etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle hangi d\u00f6nemde daha\u00a0 bilin\u00e7li\u00a0 davranmaya ba\u015flarsak, daha sonraki d\u00f6nemlerin daha rahat, daha uzun ve daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ge\u00e7irilece\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bana g\u00f6re anne \u2013 baba adaylar\u0131n\u0131n bebek yapmaya karar verdikleri andan itibaren, o bebe\u011fin t\u00fcm \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ba\u015f\u0131na gelecek her \u015feyin de temelini att\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bilmeleri gerekir. Yumurta ve spermin sa\u011fl\u0131k kalitesi, kesinlikle bebe\u011fin de sa\u011fl\u0131k kalitesini etkileyecek ve gerekli m\u00fcdahaleler yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 taktirde de, ya\u015f ilerledik\u00e7e (lehine yada aleyhine)\u00a0 b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek\u00a0 devam\u00a0 edecektir.<\/p>\n

Ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131z ka\u00e7 olursa olsun, hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 geriye do\u011fru d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp, yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 yada yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 hat\u0131rlayacak olursan\u0131z do\u011fru yada yanl\u0131\u015f\u00a0 yap\u0131lan her \u015feyin bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc ya\u015fant\u0131n\u0131z ve sa\u011fl\u0131k durumunuz \u00fczerinde etkili oldu\u011funu g\u00f6receksiniz.<\/p>\n

Kendi ad\u0131ma kesinlikle inanarak diyorum ki, daha 45\u2019li ya\u015flarda \u201ckanser\u201d <\/strong>te\u015fhisi konularak, hayat\u0131m\u0131n alt \u00fcst edilmesindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck neden, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri taraf\u0131ndan \u201cMarshall Yard\u0131m\u0131\u201d <\/strong>ad\u0131yla g\u00f6nderilen ve ilk okullarda zorla\u00a0 yedirilip\u00a0 i\u00e7irilen\u00a0 i\u011fren\u00e7 ya\u011flar ve s\u00fct tozlar\u0131 ile gen\u00e7lik d\u00f6neminde yedi\u011fimiz margarinler, vitalar, ay \u00e7i\u00e7ek ya\u011flar\u0131 ve al\u00fcminyum tencerelerde pi\u015firilen yemekler nedeniyle v\u00fccudumda biriken toksinlerdir. Kanser te\u015fhisi ile hayat tarz\u0131mda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin ise, altm\u0131\u015f ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7oktan a\u015fm\u0131\u015f birisi olarak, ya\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131ma g\u00f6re daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131,\u00a0\u00a0 daha enerjik, daha konforlu bir hayat s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmemi sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan eminim. Kendimi yolun yar\u0131s\u0131nda kabul ederek \u00fcretmeye ve t\u00fcm faaliyetlerime aktif olarak devam ediyorum. \u0130stedi\u011fim g\u00fcn 30 km\u2019den fazla yol y\u00fcr\u00fcyebildi\u011fimin bir \u00e7ok \u015fahidi oldu\u011funu bilmenizi isterim.<\/p>\n

Bu g\u00fcn rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6yleyebilirim ki, ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131z, kilonuz ve sa\u011fl\u0131k durumunuz ne olursa olsun, e\u011fer halen hareket edebilecek\u00a0 durumda\u00a0 iseniz, geriye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f \u015fans\u0131n\u0131z hep var demektir.
