V\u00fccudumuzdaki Asit – baz dengesi sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bedenimizde bir \u00e7ok konuda oldu\u011fu gibi, bu konuda da tam bir denge mevcuttur. \u00d6zellikle kan\u0131m\u0131z ve t\u00fcm organlar\u0131m\u0131z belirli bir PH ( Power of Hydrogen ) de\u011ferini muhafaza etmek zorundad\u0131r. \u00d6nemli bir hastal\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 taktirde, kan\u0131n ve dokular\u0131n PH de\u011feri hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmez.<\/p>\n

Konunun \u00f6nemine binaen diyetisyenler kimyagerler doktorlar ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ilgilenenler tarafndan bu konuda bir \u00e7ok\u00a0\u00a0 kitap yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ftlr. Ancak bu kitaplar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hata yap\u0131larak, genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve obezite dahil bir \u00e7ok hastal\u0131ktan kurtulabilmek i\u00e7in, en b\u00fcy\u00fck destek olarak, s\u00fcrekli karbonat ya da alkali s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 tavsiye edilmektedir.<\/p>\n

\u201cY\u00fcksek PH, y\u00fcksek sa\u011fl\u0131k\u201d slogan\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131kan bu kitap yada makalelerde \u00f6yle abartll\u0131 tavsiyeler var ki, v\u00fccudumuzu alkali hale getirerek, kanser, diyabet, ms, akne, egzama, obezite ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm hastal\u0131klar\u0131n %99\u2019 undan kurtulabilece\u011finiz den bahsedilmektedir. En vahimi de, v\u00fccudumuzu alkali yapabilmek ad\u0131na karbonat yada alkali s\u0131v\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, \u201cPH mucizesi\u201d olarak tavsiye ediliyor olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Mesela sadece karbonat kullanarak, kanseri yenebilir, kilo problemlerinizden kurtulur, daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 daha enerjik bireyler olabilirsiniz.(!) Hatta miktar\u0131n\u0131 biraz azaltarak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n hastal\u0131klardan kurtulmas\u0131nda ve bir \u00e7ok \u015fikayetin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda bile, kullanabilece\u011finizden bahsedilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Halbuki d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yap\u0131lacak m\u00fcdahalelerle, v\u00fccudumuzun Asit – baz dengesini d\u00fczenleyebilmemiz asla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. T\u0131p fak\u00fcltelerinde okutulan ve tlbb\u0131n temeli say\u0131lan \u201c\ufb01zyoloji\u201d dersinin en \u00f6nemli konular\u0131ndan birisi \u201cHomeostassis\u201d prensibidir. Kesinle\u015fmi\u015f bu prensipler bilinirken, bu sistemlere d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahalelerin, faydadan \u00e7ok zarar verece\u011fi, nas\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmez anlam\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca v\u00fccudumuzdaki h\u00fccrelerin, dokular\u0131n, organlar\u0131n, sistemlerin ve hayati s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n, fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde yerine getirebilmek i\u00e7in gerekli olan, kendi (asit – baz dengesi) PH de\u011ferleri vard\u0131r ve bu de\u011ferler birbirinden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Mesela a\u011fz\u0131m\u0131z (PH= 6.5 -7.4), midemiz PH=1.5 \u2013 3), on iki parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131 (PH= 9), ince ba\u011f\u0131rsak (PH= 7 \u2013 8),kal\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsak (PH= 7 \u2013 8), karaci\u011fer (PH= 6.9) Pankreas s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 (PH=7.8 – 8.5), safra (PH=8 \u2013 8.5), kalp kaslar\u0131 (PH= (6.9), Kan (PH= 7.34 – 7:45), Len\ufb02er (PH= 7.5), beyin ve omur ilik s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 (PH= 7.4), g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 (PH= 7.3 – 7.5), anne s\u00fct\u00fc, (PH= 6.6 \u2013 7), h\u00fccre i\u00e7i (PH= 6.9), cilt y\u00fczeyi (PH= 4 \u2013 4.5), ter (PH= 6.6 \u2013 7) olmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zellikle kan\u0131n PH de\u011ferinin (0.1) birim dahi de\u011fi\u015fmesi, alyuvarlara oksijen ta\u015f\u0131ma \u00f6zelli\u011fini kaybettirerek, oksijensizlikten \u00f6l\u00fcm nedeni olabilmektedir. Bu kadar farkl\u0131 PH de\u011ferinin her hangi bir madde yada usulle, olmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi seviyede tutulup tutulamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 taktirlerinize b\u0131rak\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n

V\u00fccudumuzu alkali yaparak hastal\u0131klardan kurtulma vaadiyle tavsiye edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden, \u00f6zellikle \u201cKarbonat ( \u0130ngiliz karbonatl dahil) ve alkali s\u0131v\u0131lar\u201d kullanma konusunda, t\u00fcm okurlar\u0131m\u0131 uyarmak istiyorum. Karbonatl yanm\u0131\u015f tencere tava temizli\u011finden, buzdolab\u0131ndaki istenmeyen kokular\u0131n n\u00f6trle\u015ftirilerek yok edilmesine, b\u00f6cek sokmas\u0131n\u0131n etkisini azaltmaktan, japon yap\u0131\u015ftlr\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n etkisinin artlr\u0131lmas\u0131na kadar, pek \u00e7ok yerde kullanabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n

Ancak v\u00fccudumuzun PH de\u011ferinin d\u00fczenlenmesi amac\u0131yla kullanmaya kalkarsan\u0131z, kendi elinizle bir \u00e7ok hastal\u0131k i\u00e7in davetiye \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f olursunuz. V\u00fccudumuzun olmazsa olmaz minerallerinden, kalsiyum, magnezyum, potasyum ve sodyum, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z karbonatla etkile\u015fime girerek, birle\u015fir ve kalsiyum karbonat (CaCO3), magnezyum karbonat (MgCO3) potasyum karbonat (K2 CO3 ) ve sodyum karbonatl (Na2 CO3) olu\u015ftururlar. Bu bile\u015fiklerin tamam\u0131 da s\u0131v\u0131 asitlerle etkile\u015fime girerek, onlar\u0131 bir t\u00fcr katl tuz haline getirirler. Katl hale gelen asit kan\u0131m\u0131zla ta\u015f\u0131namaz ve h\u00fccreler i\u00e7in tehlike olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n

Ancak katl hale gelen bu asit tuzlar\u0131, damar \u00e7eperlerinde, eklem yerlerinde, b\u00f6breklerde, karaci\u011ferde, safra kesesinde birikerek, safra ta\u015flar\u0131, karaci\u011fer problemleri, b\u00f6brek ta\u015flar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, bel ftl\u011f\u0131, boyun ftl\u011f\u0131, romatizma gut, gibi\u00a0\u00a0 \u00e7e\u015fitli eklem hastal\u0131klar\u0131, dola\u015f\u0131m sistemi hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve kroner kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi, \u00e7ok ciddi hastal\u0131klara dahi sebep olabilirler.<\/p>\n

PH mucizesini anlatan kitaplar\u0131 inceledi\u011fimizde, PH de\u011feri \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek, kostik soda (PH= 13.9), sodyum hidroksiti (PH= 13.5), \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r suyu (PH= 12.5), amonyak (PH= 11.5), el sabunu (PH= 9 \u2013 10) gibi, \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oranda alkali olan malzemeler(!) dururken, asl\u0131nda asidik olan pek \u00e7ok yiyecek ve i\u00e7ece\u011fin alkali diye tavsiye edildi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Mesela alkali olarak\u00a0 yenilmesi, i\u00e7ilmesi \u00f6nerilen limon suyunun (PH= 1.8), zeytin ya\u011f\u0131 (PH= 1.5-2.5), sirke (PH= 2.9), bal (PH= 3.5), yo\u011furt (PH= 4.1), elma (PH= 2.9 – 3.3), portakal (PH= 2.8 \u2013 4) gibi.<\/p>\n

Yani alkali mucizesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in, alkali s\u0131v\u0131lardan medet umanlar dahi, PH de\u011feri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, yani asidik yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecekler tavsiye etmektedirler.<\/p>\n

Yukar\u0131da izah etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftl\u011f\u0131m gibi, birbiriyle \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 bir \u015fekilde irtibatl\u0131, \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli PH de\u011ferlerine sahip olan bu organlar\u0131n ve sistemlerin, PH de\u011ferlerinin, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan herhangi bir m\u00fcdahale ile, olmalar\u0131 gereken seviyelerde tutabilmemiz\u00a0 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u00a0 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zellikle sindirim sistemi ve solunum sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenini bozacak, beslenme tarz\u0131ndan ve sigara nargile puro gibi, v\u00fccudumuzda oksijen ve negatif iyon azl\u0131\u011f\u0131na neden olacak zararl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klardan ka\u00e7\u0131narak, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca ra\ufb01ne edilmemi\u015f, canl\u0131 do\u011fal g\u0131dalarla v\u00fccudumuzun ihtiyac\u0131 olan t\u00fcm mineral vitamin, ya\u011f asitleri, element ve iz elementleri temin ederek, canl\u0131 h\u00fccre say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcksek ve \u201cba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u201d tutmaktlr.<\/p>\n
