Bildi\u011fimiz yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7erisinde Allah\u2019\u0131n \u015fah eseri oldu\u011funa inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m insan; yedikleri, i\u00e7tikleri, soluduklar\u0131, kulland\u0131klar\u0131 ile kendini harabeye \u00e7evirip, yok eden yegane canl\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Allah taraf\u0131ndan kendisine ak\u0131l, irade ve \u00f6\u011frenme becerisi verilmi\u015ftir. Ancak yapmas\u0131 gerekirken yapmad\u0131klar\u0131ndan ve yapmamas\u0131 gerekirken, yapt\u0131klar\u0131ndan da sorumlu tutulmu\u015ftur. H\u00fcr iradesi ile de, en iyi ile en k\u00f6t\u00fc aras\u0131nda tercih hakk\u0131 kendi inisiyatifine b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za gelen her \u00e7e\u015fit hastal\u0131k da, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kilo problemi de kendi tercihlerimiz sonucu elde ettiklerimizdir.<\/p>\n

Dengeli beslenme; b\u00fcy\u00fcmek, geli\u015fmek, kaliteli, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, enerjik ve \u00fcretken bir hayat s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmemiz i\u00e7in ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan, karbonhidratlar, proteinler, elementler, mineraller, vitaminler ve ya\u011f asitleri gibi makro ve mikro g\u0131dalar\u0131 temin edebilmek amac\u0131yla, belirli zamanlarda, kurallar\u0131na uygun ve dengeli bir \u015fekilde d\u00fczenli olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bir eylemdir.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm hayvanlar\u0131n neyi, ne zaman ve ne kadar yemeleri gerekti\u011fi, ilahi bir programla belirlenmi\u015ftir. En vah\u015fisi bile ac\u0131k\u0131nca avlan\u0131r, doyana kadar yer ve bir daha ac\u0131k\u0131ncaya kadar da avlanmaz. Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in do\u011fru olan\u0131 ise, \u0130rademizi ve akl\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullanarak, can\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n istediklerini, istedi\u011fimiz kadar yemekten ziyade, v\u00fccudumuzun ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu do\u011fru g\u0131dalar\u0131, gerekti\u011fi \u015fekilde, gerekti\u011fi kadar yemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bir birinin ayn\u0131 olan iki tane \u00e7ak\u0131l ta\u015f\u0131 yada iki adet kar tanesi bile bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu kadar farkl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 diyet programlar\u0131n\u0131 uygulayarak yada ayn\u0131 besin maddelerini yiyerek, ayn\u0131 neticeyi almalar\u0131 da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Her insanda bu tavsiyeler do\u011frultusunda, kendi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorumlulu\u011funu kendisi \u00fcstlenerek, v\u00fccuduna en uygun beslenme ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam program\u0131n\u0131 yapabilmelidir.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde medya arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lan \u201cAlg\u0131 operasyonlar\u0131, her zaman ger\u00e7eklerden \u00e7ok daha bask\u0131n durumdad\u0131r\u201d. Yirmi y\u0131la yak\u0131n bir zamand\u0131r, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu beslenme karga\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yorum. G\u00f6r\u00fcnen \u015fekliyle ortalama bir insan, neleri nas\u0131l yiyece\u011fi ve nelerden uzak duraca\u011f\u0131 konusunda \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n, b\u0131kk\u0131n ve yeterli bilgiye sahip de\u011fil.<\/p>\n

\u00dclkemizde bir \u00e7ok konuda oldu\u011fu gibi, beslenme konusunda da alabildi\u011fince bilgi kirlili\u011fi mevcuttur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131k konusunda oldu\u011fu gibi, beslenme konusu da par\u00e7a par\u00e7a ele al\u0131n\u0131p incelenmektedir. Genellikle g\u0131da maddeleri k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcc\u00fck biyokimyasal par\u00e7alar\u0131na kadar ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, buradan beslenme ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerindeki etkileri ile ilgili, kapsaml\u0131 ve kesin sonu\u00e7lara varmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Neticede \u00e7ok<\/p>\n

\u00e7eli\u015fkili sonu\u00e7lar elde edilerek, \u201cAyn\u0131 konuda, taban tabana z\u0131t bilgileri\u201d, ayn\u0131 e\u011fitime ve k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip, ayn\u0131 unvan\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan iki bilim insan\u0131n\u0131n, a\u011fz\u0131ndan, s\u0131k s\u0131k duymam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabiliyor.<\/p>\n

Bunlara birde \u201cSatacaklar\u0131 mamul\u00fcn besin de\u011ferinden ziyade, raf \u00f6mr\u00fc, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc, pazar durumu ve sat\u0131labilirlik\u201d gibi \u00f6zellikleri daha \u00f6nemli olan, g\u0131da \u00fcreticilerinin \u201cYan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 reklamlar\u0131\u201d, ile diyetisyenler hatta doktorlar taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u201cTutars\u0131z, bir biri ile \u00e7eli\u015fen tavsiye ve diyet programlar\u0131n\u0131\u201d ekledi\u011fimiz vakit, t\u00fcketicinin \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n ve b\u0131kk\u0131n olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok da anormal gelmiyor.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde; yiyeceklerin sindirim sisteminde hazm\u0131 ve emilimi ile, buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak beslenme \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi ve \u015fekli konusunda, birbiriyle taban tabana z\u0131t \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ve tavsiyeler vard\u0131r. Konunun uzman\u0131 oldu\u011fu iddia edilen bir \u00e7ok bilim insan\u0131ndan, baz\u0131lar\u0131 tek tip beslenmeyi, baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tavsiye ederken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerle birlikte sekiz \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tavsiye ediyor. Haz\u0131rlanan diyet\u00a0 programlar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 sadece protein a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi \u00f6nerirken, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 karbonhidrat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi \u00f6neriyor. Kimisi\u00a0\u00a0 sadece g\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131nacak kalori miktar\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karken, kimisi ya\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rarak, ya\u011f\u0131n cinsini ve kalitesini dikkate almadan b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u011flar\u0131 yasakl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Yeter ki biz bu program\u0131 bozacak \u015fekilde davran\u0131p, beslendi\u011fimizi zannederek, midemize; i\u00e7ine ataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her \u015feyi hazmedilmek \u00fczere itirazs\u0131z kabul eden bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc muamelesi yapmadan, dolu ya da bo\u015f rafine \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle rastgele t\u0131ka basa doldurmayal\u0131m.<\/p>\n
