\u201cGer\u00e7ek \u015fu ki, genel olarak mutlu insanlar hasta olmazlar. Bir insan\u0131n kendine olan tutumu, iyile\u015fme veya sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olma s\u00fcrecinde en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. ABD\u2019deki doktorlar ve pratisyen hekimlerin %20 sinin \u00fcye oldu\u011fu, Amerikan T\u0131p Derne\u011fi (AMA- American Medical Association) nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucuna g\u00f6re, \u201cPratisyen Hekimlere g\u00f6r\u00fcnen t\u00fcm hastalar\u0131n %70\u2019inin g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi semptomlar\u0131n (belirtilerin) direkt olarak stresle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu\u201d <\/strong>a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda, New England of Medicine\u2019da yay\u0131nlanan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma, stresli ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek, so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yakalanma riskini iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n

2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en eski (1823 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r), en sayg\u0131n T\u0131p Dergilerinden The Lancet\u2019 de yay\u0131nlanan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, hamileli\u011finin ilk \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131nda \u015fiddetli duygusal stres ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, do\u011fum kusuru olan bebekler d\u00fcnyaya getirme riski y\u00fczde seksenden daha fazlayd\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131zda da bir \u00e7ok \u00f6rnek g\u00f6rmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Mesela morali bozuk, karamsar, mutsuz, umutsuz, \u00fczg\u00fcn birinin ba\u015f\u0131 yukarda, omuzlar\u0131 dik, enerjik ve kendinden emin hareket edememesi, \u201cdizlerinin ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi\u201d yada \u00f6fkeli, sinirli birinin ba\u011f\u0131r\u0131p \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rarak kontrols\u00fcz bir \u015fekilde davran\u0131yor olmas\u0131, psikolojimizin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiledi\u011finin bariz \u00f6rne\u011fidir.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zda psikolojik durumumuzu do\u011frudan etkiler. \u00d6rne\u011fin keyifsiz, morali bozuk, \u00fczg\u00fcn bir insan\u0131n, ne\u015feli,\u00a0 keyifli, e\u011flenceli bir ortama girmesi halinde, etraf\u0131ndakilere uyum sa\u011flayarak moralinin d\u00fczeldi\u011fini daha ne\u015feli, daha keyifli bir psikolojiye b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hepimiz biliriz.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fta kan de\u011ferlerimiz olmak \u00fczere, salg\u0131lanan hormonlarda \u00e7ok ciddi de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olur. Bedenimizde asit ve toksin miktar\u0131 artarak enfeksiyonlara a\u00e7\u0131k hale gelir. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimiz \u00e7\u00f6ker ve v\u00fccudumuz hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 savunmas\u0131z hale gelerek sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ciddi \u015fekilde etkilenir.<\/p>\n

Sinir, stres, moral bozuklu\u011fu, \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc, karamsarl\u0131k, k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k, hasetlik, kin duyma, \u00f6fke gibi, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc olumsuz duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler, beynimize hakim oldu\u011fu zaman, tansiyonumuzun y\u00fckseldi\u011fini ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131p, ensemizin sertle\u015fti\u011fini, eklemlerimiz ve kaslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u0131zlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir \u00e7o\u011fumuz biliriz ve bunlar\u0131n hepside ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn habercileridir.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca stres hormonlar\u0131ndan \u201ckortizol\u201d<\/strong>un, kilo ald\u0131rman\u0131n yan\u0131nda, yorgunluk, depresyon ve beyin hasar\u0131na da yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. ABD de yap\u0131lan uzun s\u00fcreli bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, g\u00f6bek \u00e7ap\u0131 geni\u015fledik\u00e7e, beynin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve beyin obezite ili\u015fkisinde sorumlu fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn, \u201ckortizol\u201d <\/strong>hormonu oldu\u011fu ortaya konulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Bu nedenle\u00a0 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131\u00a0 kalabilmek, her hangi bir hastal\u0131ktan kurtulabilmek\u00a0 veya ideal kiloya yak\u0131n bir v\u00fccuda, sahip olabilmek\u00a0 i\u00e7in,\u00a0 mutlak surette duygular\u0131m\u0131za ve psikolojik durumumuza dikkat etmemiz ve stres y\u00f6netimini \u00f6\u011frenmemiz \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Stresle m\u00fccadele etmek tamamen kendi elimizdedir. Stresin kayna\u011f\u0131ndan ziyade, bizim olaylara nas\u0131l yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olu\u015facak psikolojik durumumuz \u00fczerinde\u00a0 daha \u00e7ok etkilidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin trafi\u011fin i\u00e7inde kald\u0131n\u0131z; o karga\u015fan\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde buharla\u015fmak yada u\u00e7up kurtulmak\u00a0\u00a0 gibi bir \u015fans\u0131n\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, iki alternatifiniz var demektir. Ya bo\u015f yere iyice sinirlenip \u201cstres kimyasallar\u0131”<\/strong>n\u0131n v\u00fccudu tahrip etmesine sebep olursunuz, yada derin derin nefes al\u0131p vererek, dikkatinizi trafik d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ho\u015funuza gidecek ba\u015fka konulara y\u00f6neltip, g\u00fczel hayaller kurarak daha da sakinle\u015fip, mutluluk hormonlar\u0131 salg\u0131lanmas\u0131na neden olarak, v\u00fccudun daha da rahatlamas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n

Hatta t\u00fcm stres kaynaklar\u0131ndan uzak durmak istersek, a\u015f\u0131k olmamam\u0131z, yard\u0131m etmememiz, arkada\u015f, dost hatta karde\u015f olmamam\u0131z,\u00a0 her hangi bir i\u015fte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamam\u0131z, araba sahibi olup trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kmamam\u0131z gibi daha bir \u00e7ok stres kayna\u011f\u0131 sayabiliriz. Ancak tersinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz vakit olumsuzluk hallerinde, \u00e7ok ciddi stres kayna\u011f\u0131 olan, a\u015f\u0131k olmak, evlenmek, \u00e7ocuk sahibi olmak, dost ve arkada\u015f sahibi olmak gibi bir \u00e7ok \u015feyin, olumlu hallerinde de \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck mutluluk kayna\u011f\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 da hepimiz biliriz.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte bu sebeplerle psikolojimizi bozacak, stres kayna\u011f\u0131 diyebilece\u011fimiz, en basitinden en a\u011f\u0131r\u0131na kadar bir \u00e7ok olay kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u201cStres y\u00f6netimi”<\/strong>ni \u00f6\u011frenip geli\u015ftirerek, stres kimyasallar\u0131n\u0131n v\u00fccudumuza verece\u011fi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zarar\u0131 minumum seviyede tutabilmek yada zarars\u0131z hale getirmek zorunday\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Stresi yada stresin etkilerini azaltmak i\u00e7in, ibadet, dua, yeni me\u015fguliyet alanlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek, yeni dostluklar edinerek sosyalli\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k, meditasyon, terapi, yogo, \u00e7e\u015fitli egzersizler, do\u011fa y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fleri, \u201ckendi kendine telkin\u201d<\/strong>, stres nedenlerini payla\u015fmak, g\u00fcnl\u00fck tutmak, sosyal destek gibi bir \u00e7ok etkili metod vard\u0131r. Sizin i\u00e7in en uygun y\u00f6ntemi yada y\u00f6ntemleri\u00a0 bulun. \u00c7e\u015fitli stres kaynaklar\u0131 nedeniyle, meydana gelen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde,\u00a0 insanlar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na nelerin geldi\u011fini yakinen bilen birisi olarak, okuyucular\u0131m\u0131 tekrar uyarmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n
