Zaman de\u011fi\u015fir, \u00e7a\u011flar de\u011fi\u015fir, mekanlar de\u011fi\u015fir, imkanlar de\u011fi\u015fir, aletler de\u011fi\u015fir fakat temel zaaflar\u0131, hatalar\u0131, ihtiraslar\u0131 ve istekleriyle insan de\u011fi\u015fmez. \u0130nsan\u0131 yaratan Allah insan\u0131n zaaflar\u0131n\u0131, zay\u0131fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u015f\u0131na gelecekleri herkesten hatta ki\u015finin kendisinden daha iyi bilir.<\/p>\n

\u201cHi\u00e7 Yaratan bilmez mi? O en ince i\u015fleri g\u00f6r\u00fcp bilmektedir ve her \u015feyden haberdard\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0M\u00fclk Suresi ayet 14<\/p>\n

Bildi\u011fi i\u00e7indir ki; insan\u0131 maddi ve manevi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kirden pislikten temizleyecek en do\u011fru re\u00e7eteleri de Allah yazar. \u0130\u015fte oru\u00e7 bu re\u00e7etelerin en \u00f6nemlilerinden birisidir. \u201c\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc oru\u00e7 ibadet olarak bir ama\u00e7 de\u011fildir<\/strong>\u201d. Ancak en ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde Allah\u2019\u0131n bildi\u011fi, bizim pek fark\u0131nda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u201cDaha \u00fcst ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7in bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Oru\u00e7 da ki en \u00f6nemli ama\u00e7 ise hem fiziksel, hem ruhsal sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan t\u00fcm gelece\u011fimizi etkileyecek olan sorumluluk bilincini kazanmam\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u201cSiz ey iman edenler oru\u00e7 t\u0131pk\u0131 sizden \u00f6ncekilere farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi size de farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131. Belki bu sayede takvaya erersiniz (sorumluluk bilincini kazan\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z)<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0Bakara Suresi ayet 183<\/p>\n

Evet orucun en \u00f6nemli ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan birisi insanda \u201cSorumluluk bilinci<\/strong>\u201d anlam\u0131na gelen takvaya ula\u015fmam\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan bir ama\u00e7 u\u011furuna yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u201cBizim sizi bo\u015f yere ve ama\u00e7s\u0131z yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, dahas\u0131 (hesap vermek i\u00e7in) bize d\u00f6nd\u00fcrmeyece\u011fimizi san\u0131yorsunuz \u00f6yle mi\u201d?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Mu’mini un Suresi ayet 115<\/p>\n

Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130nsan kendi yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f gayesini merak etmek, ara\u015ft\u0131rmak ve bulmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. E\u011fer insan Allah\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 sorumlulu\u011funun bilincine var\u0131rsa, \u00f6nce kendisine, sonra da di\u011fer insanlara, \u00e7evresine ve t\u00fcm e\u015fyaya kar\u015f\u0131 olmas\u0131 gereken sorumluluk bilincini idrak edecektir.<\/p>\n

Yani oru\u00e7 insan\u0131 insan yapan de\u011ferlerin \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, beslenmesi, g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan bir eylemdir. Bu sayede bedenimiz toksinlerden (zehirlerden) temizlenerek hafifleyecek, ruhumuz beslenecek, g\u00f6nl\u00fcm\u00fcz ayd\u0131nlanacak, kalp g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bir insan\u0131n, her hangi bir \u015feye ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale gelmesi, her hangi bir \u015feyi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmesi yada al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndan vaz ge\u00e7mesi 21 ila 28 g\u00fcn civar\u0131nda bir zaman al\u0131r. Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca istikrarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde uygulayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir programla, hem kilo vermemiz kolayla\u015facak, hem de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir b\u00fcnye ye kavu\u015fma yolunda ciddi bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Burada dikkat edilmesi gereken, \u00f6nemli hususlardan birisi, insanlar\u0131n paket programlarla zay\u0131flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Yer y\u00fcz\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k yedi milyar insan var ve hi\u00e7 birisi, bir di\u011feriyle ayn\u0131 de\u011fil. Yediklerimizin i\u00e7tiklerimizin de, her insanda bire bir ayn\u0131 etkiyi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na inanm\u0131yorum. Her insan\u0131n ba\u015fta ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm v\u00fccut yap\u0131s\u0131 farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bir\u00e7ok yiyece\u011fin genetik yap\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir ve b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re, iklimlere g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 \u00f6zellik g\u00f6sterebilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Yani m\u0131zm\u0131zlan\u0131p \u015fikayet ederek, kerhen de\u011fil de, Allaha g\u00f6n\u00fclden teslim olup isteyerek oru\u00e7 tutal\u0131m ki; yeme i\u00e7me g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc ve \u015fehvet duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na almay\u0131, yani kendimizi tutmay\u0131, sabretmeyi \u00f6\u011frenelim. Neticede hem bedenimiz, hem ruhumuz temizlensin ar\u0131ns\u0131n ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fsun.<\/p>\n
