Maalesef toplum olarak \u015fekerle \u00f6ylesine ha\u015f\u0131r ne\u015firiz, \u00f6ylesine i\u00e7 i\u00e7eyiz ki, zararl\u0131 etkilerine dair t\u00fcm yaz\u0131lanlara, anlat\u0131lanlara ra\u011fmen onu ciddi bir sa\u011fl\u0131k tehdidi olarak g\u00f6ren insan say\u0131m\u0131z halen \u00e7ok fazla de\u011fil. Bu nedenle de insanlar\u0131m\u0131z fark\u0131nda bile olmadan, tahmin etti\u011finden \u00e7ok daha fazla, inan\u0131lmaz miktarlarda \u015feker t\u00fcketmektedirler.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7e\u015fitli alg\u0131 operasyonlar\u0131 sonucu toplumumuz taraf\u0131ndan \u015feker o kadar kan\u0131ksanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki; zararl\u0131 olabilece\u011fi kimsenin akl\u0131na bile gelmiyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin iki dini bayram\u0131m\u0131zdan biri olan \u201cRamazan Bayram\u0131<\/strong>\u201d bu \u00fclke insan\u0131na \u201c\u015eeker Bayram\u0131<\/strong>\u201d olarak \u00f6\u011fretilmi\u015f ve bayram g\u00fcn\u00fc gelecek olan misafirlere b\u00f6rek, tatl\u0131, \u00a0\u00e7ikolata veya \u015feker ikram etmek mutlak bir sosyal zorunluluk haline getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u015eekeri beslenme rejiminizden \u00e7\u0131karmak tatl\u0131 yemeyi b\u0131rakmaktan \u00e7ok daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 85 farkl\u0131 formda, say\u0131s\u0131z t\u00fcrden i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dan\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7e\u015fitli adlar alt\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. Etiketlerin i\u00e7erik listesinde fr\u00fcktoz, dekstroz, glikoz, kat\u0131 glikoz, sakaroz, laktoz, maltoz, galaktoz, dextrose (\u00fcz\u00fcm \u015fekeri), m\u0131s\u0131r \u015furubu (en zararl\u0131s\u0131 ve en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan\u0131) gibi s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin tamam\u0131 \u015fekerin ba\u015fka bir formudur.<\/p>\n

\u015eeker en zararl\u0131 ve en ucuz koruyucu katk\u0131 maddelerinden biridir.
