Rastgele, zamanl\u0131 ya da zamans\u0131z yedi\u011fimiz yiyecekler ve abur cuburlar ile duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, stres durumumuz ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131m\u0131zdaki yanl\u0131\u015flar nedeniyle y\u00fckselen kan \u015fekerimizin dengelenmesi i\u00e7in salg\u0131lanan ve \u00e7o\u011fu insan taraf\u0131ndan kilo almam\u0131z\u0131n ana nedeni olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u201c\u0130ns\u00fclin<\/strong>\u201d \u00e7ok basit bir tarifle;<\/p>\n

Kan \u015fekerimizin y\u00fckselme h\u0131z\u0131 yediklerimizin, i\u00e7tiklerimizin glisemik indeksine ve \u00f6zellikle de miktar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Yani \u201cNe yersek yiyelim miktar\u0131n\u0131 abartt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong>\u201d vakit kan \u015fekerimiz h\u0131zl\u0131 (baz\u0131lar\u0131 daha h\u0131zl\u0131, baz\u0131lar\u0131 daha yava\u015f y\u00fckseltir) ve tehlikeli bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckselir. Bu durumda hemen pankreas taraf\u0131ndan ins\u00fclin hormonu salg\u0131lanarak kan \u015fekerine m\u00fcdahale edilir.<\/p>\n

Kan \u015fekerimiz ne kadar y\u00fcksekse salg\u0131lanan ins\u00fclin miktar\u0131 da o kadar y\u00fcksektir. Bu d\u00f6ng\u00fcn\u00fcn yani a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ins\u00fclin salg\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n zararlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde olabildi\u011fince basitle\u015ftirerek a\u00e7\u0131klamak istiyorum.<\/p>\n

-\u0130ns\u00fclin h\u00fccrelere kanda dola\u015f\u0131ma giren a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekeri emme mesaj\u0131 vererek, kandaki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015feker sorununu \u00e7\u00f6zer. Ancak bu i\u015flem bir dizi yeni soruna yol a\u00e7ar. Bu kez v\u00fccuttaki h\u00fccrelerde \u00e7ok fazla \u015feker vard\u0131r. H\u00fccreler bu dengesizli\u011fi ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u015fekeri doymu\u015f ya\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek depolarlar.<\/p>\n

Depo ya\u011flar\u0131 kar\u0131n ve kal\u00e7a b\u00f6lgemizde, damarlar\u0131m\u0131zda (trigliserid) ve karaci\u011ferimiz dahil olmak \u00fczere v\u00fccudumuzun genelinde toplan\u0131r ve depolan\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130ns\u00fclin y\u00fcksekli\u011finin size zarar vermesi i\u00e7in a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilolu olman\u0131za bile gerek yoktur. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck miktarlarda bile olsa depolanm\u0131\u015f ya\u011f, kan damarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n elastikiyetlerini yitirmelerine yol a\u00e7arak, y\u00fcksek tansiyon ve kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klar riskini art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu etki \u00e7ocuklarda da ayn\u0131d\u0131r ve buda onlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 daha yatk\u0131n olmalar\u0131na neden olur.<\/p>\n

– A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ins\u00fclin kana kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda saatlerce seviyesini koruyarak kandaki \u015fekeri almay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr ve sonu\u00e7ta d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kan \u015fekeri yani Hipoglisemi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Kan \u015fekeri normalin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck\u00e7e i\u015ftah\u0131m\u0131z artar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla d\u00fc\u015fen kan \u015fekerimizi normalle\u015ftirebilmek i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok \u015fekerli yiyeceklere ihtiya\u00e7 duyar\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Buda \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek ve \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kan \u015fekeri d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcne yol a\u00e7ar ve sonu\u00e7ta y\u00fcksek ins\u00fclin kronik bir hal al\u0131r. Neticede \u015fekere duydu\u011fumuz a\u00e7l\u0131k s\u00fcrekli artarak, ya\u011f depolar\u0131m\u0131z daha \u00e7ok dolar.<\/p>\n

-D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kan \u015fekeri yak\u0131t i\u00e7in glikoz kullanan beynimizi a\u00e7 b\u0131rak\u0131r. Glikoza ihtiya\u00e7 duyan beyin h\u00fccreleri yeteri kadar enerji \u00fcretemezler. Enerjiden yoksun kalan h\u00fccreler excitotoksin ad\u0131 verilen kimyasallar\u0131n etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 savunmas\u0131z kal\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n

Bu durum ise h\u00fccreleri ins\u00fcline kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li hale getirerek Tip-2 diyabete katk\u0131da bulunur.<\/p>\n

H\u00fccreler ins\u00fclin mesaj\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 kazand\u0131klar\u0131nda ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapmak i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok ins\u00fcline ihtiya\u00e7 duyarlar. V\u00fccut kan \u015fekeri seviyesini azaltmaya \u00e7abalarken daha \u00e7ok ins\u00fclin salg\u0131lar. Bu s\u0131rada ins\u00fclin g\u00f6revini yerine getiremedi\u011finden h\u00fccreler yeterli glikoz \u00fcretmeyi ba\u015faramazlar. Yeterli glikoz olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda h\u00fccreler enerji \u00fcretemezler ve v\u00fccut g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczle\u015fip yorgun d\u00fc\u015fer.<\/p>\n

-Kan \u015fekerindeki \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck say\u0131labilecek bir art\u0131\u015f bile normal metabolizmay\u0131 bozarak serbest radikallerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olur. Serbest radikaller ise h\u00fccresel i\u015flevler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan molek\u00fcllere sald\u0131ran, son derece sald\u0131rgan reaktif kimyasallard\u0131r ve hem h\u00fccrelere hem de DNA\u2019ya zarar verirler. Serbest radikallerin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 inflamasyona neden olarak kanser, kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131, Alzheimer, Parkinson, demans, ankilozan spondilit, romatizma, osteoporoz ve diyabetler gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klara yol a\u00e7arlar.<\/p>\n

-Y\u00fcksek ins\u00fclin karaci\u011ferimizin fazladan kolesterol \u00fcretmesine neden olur. Buda damarlar\u0131m\u0131zda fazladan dola\u015fan kolesterolleri karaci\u011fere ta\u015f\u0131makla g\u00f6revli olan ve HDL denilen faydal\u0131 kan kolesterol\u00fc oran\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek kan\u0131 yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r ve p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rarak \u00f6zellikle beyinde damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na neden olabilir.<\/p>\n

-\u0130ns\u00fclin enzimlere m\u00fcdahale ederek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya sahip olabilmemiz i\u00e7in v\u00fccudumuzun olmazsa olmazlar\u0131ndan olan, omega – 3 ya\u011f asidi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 engeller ve bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011fa zemin haz\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n

-\u0130ns\u00fclin seviyesi artt\u0131k\u00e7a v\u00fccudumuzdaki magnezyum seviyesi azal\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc pankreas\u0131n ins\u00fclin \u00fcretebilmesi i\u00e7in magnezyum gereklidir. Magnezyum eksikli\u011fi ise ins\u00fclin direncine neden olur.<\/p>\n

-A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ins\u00fclin b\u00f6brek h\u00fccrelerine tuzu tutma mesaj\u0131 vererek sodyum birikmesine neden olur. Buda s\u0131v\u0131 tutulmas\u0131na sebep olarak v\u00fccudumuzun \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerinde \u00f6dem olu\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. \u00d6dem ise kilo art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla birlikte kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesi (y\u00fcksek tansiyon) ve konjestif kalp yetmezli\u011fi (kalbin v\u00fccudun ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak kadar kan pompalayamamas\u0131) gibi daha bir\u00e7ok sorunlara yol a\u00e7ar<\/p>\n

-Y\u00fcksek ins\u00fclin; organizmalar zor durumda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda devreye giren sempatik sinir sistemini tetikler. Buda sindirimin yava\u015flamas\u0131na, atar damarlar\u0131n kas\u0131lmas\u0131na veya spazm ge\u00e7irmelerine neden olur. Bu durum kalp yetmezli\u011fine yatk\u0131n insanlarda kalp krizine neden olabilir.
