OK\u00dcLO \u2013 ENDOKR\u0130N S\u0130STEM\u0130<\/p>\n

Moden bilim g\u00f6zlerimiz kanal\u0131yla v\u00fccudumuza giren uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm hormonlar\u0131n ve salg\u0131 bezlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla ilgili etken bir fakt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturdu ve \u201cOk\u00fclo – endokrin sistemi<\/strong>\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 verdikleri bu ke\u015fiften de \u201cFoto biyoloji<\/strong>\u201d ad\u0131 verilen yeni bir bilim dal\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Foto biyolojiye g\u00f6re g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda beyni besleyen as\u0131l fakt\u00f6r \u201cG\u00f6ze giren uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d. Bu \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n hormon dengesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na destek oldu\u011fu, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131nda etken bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu nedenle de kesinlikle gerekli oldu\u011fu ve hormon dengesizlikleriyle ilgili baz\u0131 hastal\u0131klarda iyile\u015fme amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi ortaya konmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Ok\u00fclo – endokrin sistemi \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r; do\u011fal g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm spektrumu g\u00f6ze girdi\u011finde, g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen \u0131\u015f\u0131k band\u0131 renkleri ve s\u0131radan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc formlar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmak \u00fczere, retinadaki \u00e7ubuk ve konik h\u00fccreler olarak bilinen \u00f6zel bir h\u00fccre tabakas\u0131n\u0131 uyar\u0131r.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fclebilir bantla birlikte retinaya giren ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen uzun dalga ultraviyole frekanslar\u0131 retinada bulunan ve Allah taraf\u0131ndan tamamen g\u00f6z\u00fcn i\u00e7indeki bu uzun dalga ultraviyole frekanslar\u0131n\u0131 alg\u0131lamak \u00fczere tasarlanm\u0131\u015f, epitelyal (organ ve v\u00fccut y\u00fczeylerini \u00f6rten h\u00fccre tabakas\u0131na ait) h\u00fccreler ad\u0131ndaki \u00f6zel bir h\u00fccre katman\u0131n\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irir. Uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n retinada ki epitelyal h\u00fccrelerde olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sinir uyar\u0131s\u0131, optik sinir arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ta\u015f\u0131narak epifiz ve hipofiz bezlerine iletilir.<\/p>\n

Bu sinyaller t\u00fcm endokrin sistemini uyuararak, v\u00fccudun do\u011fal ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k tepkisinin h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ayarlayan hayati hormonlar\u0131n salg\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 tetikler. \u00d6zellikle hipofiz bezi ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ok\u00fcler endokrin sisteminde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynar. \u201cV\u00fccudumuzu bizim ad\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6neten bez<\/strong>\u201d olarak da bilinen hipofiz bezi endokrin sistemindeki t\u00fcm di\u011fer bezleri dengeler ve d\u00fczenler.<\/p>\n

Ancak retina ve optik sinir arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yeterince \u201cUzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d<\/strong> uyar\u0131s\u0131 iletilmezse, hipofiz bezi en gerekli besininden mahrum kal\u0131r ve t\u00fcm ok\u00fclo – endokrin sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sekteye u\u011fratarak ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemine zarar verir.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kirli hava, toz, duman, \u00e7e\u015fitli kimyasallar ve havay\u0131 kirleten t\u00fcm di\u011fer fakt\u00f6rler y\u00fcz\u00fcnden, yery\u00fcz\u00fcne ula\u015fan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc ve kalitesi ciddi oranda d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Buda h\u0131zla yay\u0131lan bir uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 eksikli\u011fi ve genel ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc beraberinde getirmektedir.<\/p>\n

1846 y\u0131l\u0131nda “Bilgiyi art\u0131rmak ve yaymak<\/strong>” amac\u0131yla kurulan, ABD h\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen ve bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezi kurulu\u015fu olan \u201cSmithsonian \u0130nstitution<\/strong>\u201d; Son 75 sene i\u00e7inde yery\u00fcz\u00fcne ula\u015fan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011funlu\u011fun da %15 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, spektrumun uzun dalga ultraviyole k\u0131sm\u0131nda ise %27 lik daha da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funu bildirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu duruma ilave olarak birde, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde ve \u00f6zellikle yo\u011fun end\u00fcstriyel b\u00f6lgelerdeki hava kirlili\u011fi, g\u00fcne\u015ften al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken elementlerin ve enerjilerin ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sekteye u\u011fratarak v\u00fccudumuza kadar geli\u015fini engeller.<\/p>\n

Uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n eksikli\u011fi ise v\u00fccudumuzun hormon dengesi ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimiz ile ilgili olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, mikro g\u0131da yetersizli\u011fi, susuzluk veya toksin kirlili\u011finin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlardan \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 eksikli\u011finin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 problemler, sadece v\u00fccudumuzun hastal\u0131klara ve y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 ko\u015fullara kar\u015f\u0131 savunmas\u0131n\u0131 zay\u0131flatmakla kalmaz, ayn\u0131 zamanda kendi kendini temizleme (detoks) ve h\u00fccre yenileme yetene\u011fini de sekteye u\u011fratan yetersiz ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k tepkisine sebep olur.<\/p>\n

Bu problem bir \u00e7ok insan\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hareketsiz ya\u015fam ve i\u00e7 mekan hayat sitili nedeniyle g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan uzak kalmas\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrelerde de, neredeyse s\u00fcrekli olarak g\u00f6zleri ile g\u00fcne\u015f aras\u0131nda (g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc) bir cam par\u00e7as\u0131 bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle daha da k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm camlar g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bulunan ve hipofiz bezinin uyar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan uzun dalga ultraviyole frekanslar\u0131 filtreler. Bunun anlam\u0131 araban\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7inde otururken, evde veya ofiste camdan d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya bakarken, otob\u00fcste, trende seyahat ederken veya g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fczde g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k havada y\u00fcr\u00fcrken \u201cOk\u00fclo – \u00a0endokrin sisteminizin hi\u00e7 besin ve uyar\u0131 almad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 cam kulelerdeki ofislerinde masa ba\u015f\u0131nda oturarak ve bo\u015f zamanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funu yapay olarak ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f evlerinde televizyon seyrederek ge\u00e7iren insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cKronik halsizlik sendromunun<\/strong>\u201d ana sebeplerinden birini de bu hayat tarz\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Bu yetersiz g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 hayat sitilinin kesin sonucu, kronik solar k\u00f6t\u00fc beslenme ve akabinde ok\u00fclo – endokrin sisteminde meydana gelen dengesizliktir.<\/p>\n

Bu problemi ortaya koyan sa\u011flam bir \u00f6rne\u011fi de bilgilerinize sunmak istiyorum. Kanada, \u0130sve\u00e7, Finlandiya ve Danimarka gibi uzun k\u0131\u015f g\u00fcnleri boyunca k\u0131sa g\u00fcnler ya\u015fanan \u00fclkelerde, senenin az g\u00fcne\u015fli g\u00fcnlerinde olu\u015fan ve kritik uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131n eksikli\u011fi nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u201cK\u0131\u015f h\u00fczn\u00fc sendromudur<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Bu \u00fclkelerde k\u0131\u015f ortas\u0131nda hastal\u0131klardan ve intiharlardan kaynaklanan \u00f6l\u00fcmlerde belirgin bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve bunun nedeninin tam spektrum g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan mahrum kalan \u201cHipofiz bezi a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>\u201d oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n her g\u00fcn gerekli olan dozda uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 alabilece\u011fi \u0131\u015f\u0131k klinikleri vard\u0131r. Ay\u0131ca bir\u00e7ok evde, ofiste ve kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda, uzun k\u0131\u015f g\u00fcnlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan eksikli\u011fi gidermek \u00fczere tam spektrum ayd\u0131nlatma sistemleri kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yeterli fayday\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in en iyi y\u00f6ntem, d\u0131\u015f mekanlarda yeteri kadar vakit ge\u00e7irmektir. Fakat bir\u00e7ok insan ya b\u00f6yle bir imkana sahip de\u011fildir veya zaman ay\u0131ramayacak kadar yo\u011fundur. B nedenle her g\u00fcn sabah erken veya ak\u015fam\u00fcst\u00fc ge\u00e7 saatlerde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da anlataca\u011f\u0131m \u015fekilde bir dizi basit g\u00f6z egzersizi yaparak yeterli miktarda g\u00fcne\u015fin uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan yararlanarak bu eksikli\u011fi kapatabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n

Sabah g\u00fcn do\u011fumu ile 8:30 saatleri aras\u0131nda veya ak\u015fam\u00fcst\u00fc 17:30 ila g\u00fcn bat\u0131m\u0131 saatleri aras\u0131nda her hangi bir vakitte, y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fcn. G\u00fcne\u015fe do\u011frudan bakmadan, t\u00fcm Retina g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6recek \u015fekilde g\u00f6zlerinizle b\u00fcy\u00fck daireler \u00e7izin.<\/p>\n

Her iki y\u00f6ne do\u011fru10 ila 20 kez dairesel hareketler yapt\u0131r\u0131n, sonra g\u00f6z kapaklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kapat\u0131n ve g\u00fcne\u015fe do\u011fru bakarak on kez h\u0131zl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6z k\u0131rp\u0131n. Bir dakika boyunca g\u00f6zlerinizi dinlendirmek \u00fczere kapat\u0131n ve sonras\u0131nda tekrar on kez ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde k\u0131rp\u0131n. B\u00f6ylece hipofiz beziniz ve di\u011fer salg\u0131 bezleriniz i\u00e7in gerekli olan, rafine edilmemi\u015f g\u00fcnl\u00fck g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 dozunu alm\u0131\u015f olursunuz.<\/p>\n

G\u00dcNE\u015e I\u015eINLARI VE C\u0130LT Y\u00dcZEY\u0130<\/p>\n

G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki radyasyondan gerekli besinleri ve enerjileri \u00f6z\u00fcmseyen ikinci organ cildimizdir. 1967 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir grup Rus Bilim adam\u0131 bu konuda yap\u0131lan kapsaml\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u201cE\u011fer insan cildi uzun s\u00fcreler boyunca g\u00fcne\u015f radyasyonundan mahrum kal\u0131rsa, insan\u0131n psikolojik dengesinde ciddi bozukluklar ve D vitamini eksikli\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Sonu\u00e7 sinir sisteminde fonksiyon bozukluklar\u0131, v\u00fccudun ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin zay\u0131flamas\u0131 ve kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 olacakt\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ok\u00fclo – endokrin sistemi yoluyla hipofiz bezini uyaran g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 v\u00fccudu tekrar dengelemek ve onarmak i\u00e7in gereken hormonlar\u0131n \u00fcretimini sa\u011flarken, buna ek olarak da v\u00fccudun \u201cKalsiyumu kullanabilmek i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu D vitamininin \u00fcretimini<\/strong>\u201d, v\u00fccudumuzda bulunan i\u00e7sel temizlik sistemlerini ve iyile\u015fme s\u00fcrecini de te\u015fvik eder.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n cildimiz kanal\u0131yla insan v\u00fccuduna gerekli besinleri sa\u011flama y\u00f6ntemi D vitamini \u00fcretimi yoluylad\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 v\u00fccutta kalsiyumun \u00f6z\u00fcmsenmesi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli bir kofakt\u00f6r olan D vitamininin \u00fcretimini cildin alt\u0131ndaki dokular\u0131 uyararak sa\u011flar. \u201cD vitamini olmadan v\u00fccut en saf ve en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kalsiyum kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bile kullanamaz ve kalsiyum olmadan da v\u00fccudumuz kendini asla ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131p tamir edemez<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Bu y\u00fczden g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 eksikli\u011fi, kronik kalsiyum yetersizli\u011finin ana nedenlerinden birisidir. Kalsiyum eksikli\u011fi ise kemik erimesi, kire\u00e7lenme ve \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fck di\u015fler gibi bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fmesindeki en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde modern hayat s\u00fcren insanlar sadece tatil d\u00f6nemlerinde sahilleri doldurarak kozmetik kayg\u0131larla, g\u00fcn boyunca g\u00fcne\u015flenip bronzla\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. \u201cBu g\u00fcne\u015ften yanl\u0131\u015f faydalanmakt\u0131r ve beslenmede oburluk ne ise g\u00fcne\u015fte \u00e7ok fazla kalmakta ayn\u0131s\u0131d\u0131<\/strong>r\u201d.<\/p>\n

Cildimiz kanal\u0131yla almam\u0131z gereken en do\u011fru g\u00fcnl\u00fck g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 dozu yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 60 dakikad\u0131r ve bunun da sadece sabah saat 10:30\u2019dan \u00f6nce veya ak\u015fam\u00fcst\u00fc saat 16:30\u2019dan sonra otuzar dakikal\u0131k seanslar halinde al\u0131nmas\u0131 en uygun olan\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n
