Yirmi y\u0131la yak\u0131n bir zamand\u0131r, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme karga\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yorum. G\u00f6r\u00fcnen \u015fekliyle ortalama bir insan, mikro g\u0131da ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in neleri, nas\u0131l ve nekadar yemesi gerekti\u011fi ve nelerden uzak duraca\u011f\u0131 konusunda \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n, b\u0131kk\u0131n ve yeterli bilgiye sahip de\u011fil.<\/p>\n

\u00dclkemizde bir\u00e7ok konuda oldu\u011fu gibi, beslenme konusunda da alabildi\u011fince bilgi kirlili\u011fi mevcuttur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131k konusunda oldu\u011fu gibi, beslenme konusu da par\u00e7a par\u00e7a ele al\u0131n\u0131p incelenmektedir. Genellikle g\u0131da maddeleri k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcc\u00fck biyokimyasal par\u00e7alar\u0131na kadar ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, buradan beslenme ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerindeki etkileri ile ilgili, kapsaml\u0131 ve kesin sonu\u00e7lara varmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Neticede \u00e7ok \u00e7eli\u015fkili sonu\u00e7lar elde edilerek, \u201cAyn\u0131 konuda, taban tabana z\u0131t bilgileri<\/strong>\u201d, ayn\u0131 e\u011fitime ve k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip, ayn\u0131 unvan\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan iki bilim insan\u0131n\u0131n, a\u011fz\u0131ndan, s\u0131k s\u0131k duymam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabiliyor.<\/p>\n

Bunlara birde \u201cSatacaklar\u0131 mamul\u00fcn besin de\u011ferinden ziyade, raf \u00f6mr\u00fc, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc, pazar durumu ve sat\u0131la bilirlik<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0 gibi \u00f6zellikleri daha \u00f6nemli olan,\u00a0 g\u0131da \u00fcreticilerinin \u201cYan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 reklamlar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d ile diyetisyenler hatta doktorlar taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u201cTutars\u0131z, bir biri ile \u00e7eli\u015fen tavsiye ve diyet programlar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong>\u201d ekledi\u011fimiz vakit, t\u00fcketicinin \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n ve b\u0131kk\u0131n olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok da anormal gelmiyor.<\/p>\n

Konunun uzman\u0131 oldu\u011fu iddia edilen bir\u00e7ok bilim insan\u0131ndan, baz\u0131lar\u0131 tek tip beslenmeyi, baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tavsiye ederken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerle birlikte sekiz \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tavsiye ediyor.<\/p>\n

Haz\u0131rlanan diyet programlar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 sadece protein a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi \u00f6nerirken, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 karbonhidrat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi \u00f6neriyor. Kimisi sadece g\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131nacak kalori miktar\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karken, kimisi ya\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak ad\u0131na, ya\u011f\u0131n cinsini ve kalitesini hi\u00e7 dikkate almadan b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u011flar\u0131 yasakl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

G\u0131da maddelerini ve sindirim sistemini par\u00e7a par\u00e7a ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z vakit, bu \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar\u0131n do\u011frular\u0131 da vard\u0131r,\u00a0 yanl\u0131\u015f taraflar\u0131 da vard\u0131r ve tamam\u0131 da\u00a0 \u201c\u00c7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn, \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alar\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d. Ancak buradaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck yanl\u0131\u015f, muazzam bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan insan v\u00fccudunun ve sindirim sisteminin, \u201cBinlerce par\u00e7aya ayr\u0131larak<\/strong>\u201d incelenmesi, her bir par\u00e7an\u0131n ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve as\u0131l \u00f6nemlisi de\u00a0 \u201cTek yarat\u0131c\u0131m\u0131z olan Allah\u2019\u0131n insan v\u00fccuduna (<\/strong>h\u00fccrelerine kadar) y\u00fckledi\u011fi, say\u0131s\u0131z program ve yetene\u011fin g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmesidir<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00c7orba, salata, ana yemek, tatl\u0131 ve yan\u0131nda i\u00e7eceklerden olu\u015fan bir tek \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde bile; farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde farkl\u0131 besinlerle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 binlerce biyokimyasal al\u0131r\u0131z. Lokmay\u0131 a\u011fz\u0131m\u0131za ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z andan itibaren, \u201cSonsuz derecede karma\u015f\u0131k kimyasal bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flar<\/strong>\u201d. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z besin kimyasallar\u0131n\u0131n her birisi, di\u011fer besin kimyasallar\u0131 ve v\u00fccudumuz da salg\u0131lanan (sadece t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck bezi ile salg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen aktif madde say\u0131s\u0131 300 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r) kimyasallarla, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmam\u0131z i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck fayday\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde, say\u0131s\u0131z reaksiyonlara girer.<\/p>\n

Bu reaksiyonlar sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kimyasallar, (h\u00fccrelerimize kadar) t\u00fcm v\u00fccudumuz da \u00e7ok karma\u015f\u0131k kontrollerden ge\u00e7irilerek dikkatlice tasnif edilir. Bu tasnif sonucu, her bir mikro g\u0131da maddesinden nereye ne kadar ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funa ve ne zaman ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine karar verilir. Sonsuz derecede karma\u015f\u0131k bu biyokimyasal s\u00fcrecin nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi bug\u00fcne kadar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclememi\u015ftir ve bug\u00fcnden sonrada \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve sindirim sistemi \u00fczerinde, bilimsellik ad\u0131na s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamam\u0131 materyalist bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyle yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u201cYarat\u0131c\u0131 ve yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k\u201d <\/strong>kavramlar\u0131 tamamen saf d\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r ve hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde dikkate al\u0131nmaz. Halbuki en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck zerreden t\u00fcm evrene kadar, ak\u0131l almaz derecede karma\u015f\u0131k ve say\u0131s\u0131z yarat\u0131k, muazzam bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7erisinde, belirli bir s\u00fcre varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr ve (insanlar taraf\u0131ndan bir m\u00fcdahale olmamas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla) var olduklar\u0131 s\u00fcrece de bu d\u00fczen hi\u00e7 bozulmaz.<\/p>\n

Ben sindirim sisteminin de b\u00f6yle bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum. Midemizi gereksiz yere bo\u015f rafine \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle t\u0131ka basa doldurmadan,\u00a0 \u0130htiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan g\u0131da maddelerini, (makro ve mikro g\u0131dalar\u0131) belirli bir denge i\u00e7erisinde, abartmadan yeterince almam\u0131z halinde sindirim sistemimizin hi\u00e7 problemsiz bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131ndan eminim.<\/p>\n

Yeter ki biz ilahi program\u0131 (fabrika ayarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131) bozacak \u015fekilde davran\u0131p, beslendi\u011fimizi zannederek,\u00a0 midemize;\u00a0 \u201c\u0130\u00e7ine ataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her \u015feyi hazmedilmek \u00fczere itirazs\u0131z kabul eden bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc muamelesi yapmadan<\/strong>\u201d, mikro g\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dolu ya da bo\u015f rafine \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle rastgele t\u0131ka basa doldurmayal\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Fark\u0131nda olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 bilmiyorum ama g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz beslenme \u015fartlar\u0131nda, yeti\u015fkin bir insan y\u0131lda ortalama olarak (su hari\u00e7) kabaca \u201cBir ton<\/strong>\u201d civar\u0131nda yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek t\u00fcketmekte, \u201cOrtalama 1 milyon kalori<\/strong>\u201d almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu durumu birazc\u0131k dikkat ederek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrseniz, daha az yememizin ve daha dengeli beslenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131n \u015fart oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz. Dengeli beslenmenin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde ne kadar etkili oldu\u011fu konusunda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan birisini \u00f6rnek olarak vermek istiyorum.<\/p>\n

On dokuzuncu y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda bir grup bilim adam\u0131, on y\u0131la yak\u0131n bir s\u00fcreyi Avrupa\u2019da, \u0130skandinavya\u2019da ve \u0130ngiliz Adalar\u0131\u2019nda<\/p>\n
