Hepimizin bildi\u011fi gibi, v\u00fccudumuzun, bir sindirim sistemine sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131n tek nedeni, yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerin sindirilip, faydal\u0131 ve gerekli olanlar\u0131n emilip gerekli yerlere g\u00f6nderilmesi, zararl\u0131 ya da faydas\u0131z olanlar\u0131n ise, v\u00fccut d\u0131\u015f\u0131na at\u0131lmas\u0131 ya da bir \u015fekilde en az zararl\u0131 hale getirilmesi i\u00e7indir.<\/p>\n

Ancak bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve klinik deneyimler g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ba\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131 olmadan, sindirim sisteminin bu fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak yerine getirebilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Normal \u015fartlarda sindirimin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde devam edebilmesi i\u00e7in,\u00a0 g\u0131da maddelerinin, mideden 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fini m\u00fcteakip, \u201cSekretin<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0 ve \u201cKolesistokinin<\/strong>\u201d hormonlar\u0131 salg\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu hormonlar\u0131n salg\u0131lanabilmesi i\u00e7in ise, mideden 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131na ge\u00e7en \u201cG\u0131da maddelerinin PH de\u011ferinin 2 civar\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gerekir<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Bu iki hormon 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilir ve kana kar\u0131\u015farak Pankreas, karaci\u011fer,\u00a0 mide ve di\u011fer organlara ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r. Sekretin hormonu mideye \u201cS\u0131v\u0131 \u00fcretimini durdurma<\/strong>\u201d talimat\u0131n\u0131 verir. Karaci\u011feri \u201cSafra \u00fcretmesi<\/strong>\u201d i\u00e7in, \u201cBa\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong>\u201d ise yeme\u011fin geldi\u011fini haber vererek, kendisini korumaya yetecek kadar \u201cMukus \u00fcretimi<\/strong>\u201d i\u00e7in uyar\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ancak \u201cYapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli \u015fey<\/strong>\u201d, mideden gelen yiyeceklerdeki asidi etkisiz hale getirerek, sindirilebilmesi i\u00e7in\u00a0 \u201cPankreas\u0131 uyarmas\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sindirimin tam ve hatas\u0131z olabilmesi i\u00e7in,\u00a0 ince ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok daha alkali bir PH de\u011ferinin (PH; 7 \u2013 8 ) olmas\u0131 gerekir. Bu da ancak pankreas\u0131n \u00fcretece\u011fi,\u00a0 bikarbonat \u00e7\u00f6zeltileri ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Pankreas\u0131n g\u00f6revi bununla da bitmez. \u201cSindirim i\u00e7in \u015fart olan Amilaz,\u00a0 Glukagon,\u00a0 Tripsinojen ve \u0130ns\u00fclin gibi enzimleri de salg\u0131lamas\u0131<\/strong>\u201d gerekir.<\/p>\n

Ancak pankreas\u0131n bu sindirim enzimlerini salg\u0131layabilmesi i\u00e7in ikinci bir hormonun, yani \u201cKolesistokinin uyar\u0131s\u0131na<\/strong>\u201d ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. E\u011fer mideden gelen yiyece\u011fin \u201cPH de\u011feri normalden y\u00fcksek olursa<\/strong>\u201d, ( 2 civar\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r) 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131 \u201cKolesistokinin hormonu \u00fcretmez<\/strong>\u201d. Bu hormonun \u00fcretilmemesi halinde ise, Pankreas uyar\u0131lmaz ve gerekli sindirim enzimlerini salg\u0131lamaz.<\/p>\n

Neticede s\u00fcreci k\u00f6t\u00fc bir sindirim ve emilim takip eder. \u201cKazomorfin veya Glutenomorfin gibi tam sindirilmemi\u015f proteinler<\/strong>\u201d, hasarl\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131ndan emilerek kana kar\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve \u201cAlerji gibi ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k reaksiyonlar\u0131na<\/strong>\u201d yol a\u00e7ar. Pek \u00e7ok temel vitamin, mineral ve aminoasitler \u00f6z\u00fcmsenemez.<\/p>\n

K\u00f6t\u00fc sindirilen karbonhidratlar, \u201cAnormal ba\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131l\u0131p alkole, asetaldehite ve di\u011fer toksinlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr<\/strong>\u201d. Ya\u011flar sindirilemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in, ya\u011f da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilen \u201cSon derece \u00f6nemli<\/strong>\u201d, A-D-E- K vitaminleri ve omega-3 gibi, temel ya\u011f asitleri eksik kal\u0131r. Di\u011fer sindirilemeyen yiyecekler ise, sindirim yolunda \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcr ve \u201cT\u00fcm v\u00fccuda zararl\u0131 toksinler haline gelir<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

S\u00fct ve bu\u011fday proteinlerinin sindirimi anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m k\u00f6t\u00fc sindirim s\u00fcrecine en iyi \u00f6rnektir. Protein sindirimi, birinci a\u015famas\u0131 mide de olmak \u00fczere, iki a\u015famada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Mide duvar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen sindirim s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131, s\u00fct ve bu\u011fday proteinlerini peptitlere ay\u0131r\u0131r. Ancak peptitlerin baz\u0131lar\u0131, “Kazomorfin<\/strong>” ve “Gl\u00fctenomorfin<\/strong>” ad\u0131 verilen, uyu\u015fturucu olarak bildi\u011fimiz \u201cMorfin benzeri kimyasal yap\u0131lara<\/strong>\u201d sahiptir.<\/p>\n

Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 normal olarak her insan da meydana gelir. E\u011fer \u201cBa\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131 normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ise<\/strong>\u201d hi\u00e7 bir zarar\u0131 da yoktur. Mideden ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011fa ge\u00e7en peptitler, orada pankreas s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131na maruz kal\u0131rlar. Burada sindirimin ikinci a\u015famas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<\/p>\n

Ba\u011f\u0131rsaktaki ba\u015fl\u0131ca sindirim ve \u00f6z\u00fcmseme h\u00fccrelerinden olan, Entrositlerin\u00a0 villuslar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bulunan, \u201cPeptitaz adl\u0131 enzimler<\/strong>\u201d taraf\u0131ndan par\u00e7alanan peptitler, emilmek \u00fczere ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131na g\u00f6nderilir.<\/p>\n

Ba\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131 bozuk olan ki\u015filerde, entrositlerin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle peptitlerin par\u00e7alanma a\u015famas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez. Sonu\u00e7 olarak v\u00fccut i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 kimyasallar olan, kazomorfinler (kazein) ve gl\u00fctenomorfinler (gl\u00fcten) hi\u00e7 bir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe u\u011framadan kana kar\u0131\u015farak, \u00f6zellikle ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi ve beyin fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 bozarlar.<\/p>\n
