\u00c7ok eski \u00e7a\u011flardan beri bilinen inflamasyon\u00a0 (enflamasyon), yang\u0131 veya \u201c\u0130ltihaplanma\u201d<\/strong> v\u00fccudumuzda her hangi bir \u015fekilde meydana gelen tahri\u015fe, ezilmeye, doku yaralanmas\u0131na, bakteriler veya vir\u00fcsler gibi hastal\u0131k yap\u0131c\u0131 bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 organizmalara veya yabanc\u0131 maddelere (antijenlere) kar\u015f\u0131 \u201ct\u00fcm v\u00fccudumuzun korunmas\u0131<\/strong>,\u201d hasarl\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin izole edilmesi, iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak enkaz\u0131n temizlenmesi i\u00e7in \u201cba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizin verdi\u011fi normal bir reaksiyondur.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

V\u00fccudumuzun herhangi bir yerine darbe ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, bile\u011fimiz burkuldu\u011funda,\u00a0 elimiz yand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bir yerimiz kesildi\u011finde veya herhangi bir yerimize bir cisim batt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hissetti\u011fimiz a\u011fr\u0131, s\u0131cakl\u0131k, k\u0131zarma, \u015fi\u015fme ve iltihaplanma gibi g\u00f6stergeler (akut inflamasyon belirtileri) v\u00fccudumuzun ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 inflamasyon s\u00fcrecinin g\u00f6stergeleridir.<\/p>\n

Yani ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen inflamasyon gayet do\u011fal hissedilebilir, iyile\u015ftirici ve hayat kurtar\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak bu olay s\u00fcreklilik kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yani kronikle\u015fti\u011finde son derece tehlikelidir ve pek \u00e7ok soruna yol a\u00e7ar. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilo dahil dejeneratif ya da kronik denilen t\u00fcm hastal\u0131klardaki en etken fakt\u00f6rlerden birisidir ve daha pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n patolojik temelini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u201cKronik inflamasyonun en k\u00f6t\u00fc taraf\u0131 hi\u00e7bir belirti g\u00f6stermeden sinsi bir \u015fekilde (beslenme ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re) aylarca hatta y\u0131llarca v\u00fccudumuza zarar veren bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak devam etmesidir<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcn art\u0131k biliyoruz ki kronik inflamasyon v\u00fccudun i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fen ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin s\u00f6nd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yang\u0131n gibidir. Bu yang\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6nd\u00fcrmeye u\u011fra\u015fan ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi zaman i\u00e7erisinde hem g\u00fc\u00e7 hem malzeme kaybetti\u011finden v\u00fccudumuzun savunmas\u0131 zay\u0131flayarak t\u00fcm hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k hale gelir.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde hastal\u0131klar\u0131n bu kadar h\u0131zla \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitlenmesinin en \u00f6nemli sebeplerinden birisi de kronik inflamasyon nedeniyle ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin zay\u0131flamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Kronik enflamasyona neden olan biyokimyasal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler hen\u00fcz tam olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olsa da, bilinen en \u00f6nemli nedenleri; inflamasyona sebep olabilecek nitelikte\u00a0 proinflamatuar\u00a0 beslenme tarz\u0131, \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rler (\u00f6zellikle toksinler), ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 tercihleri ve hormonal etkenler gibi bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6re ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizin zay\u0131flamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bir\u00e7ok bilim insan\u0131na g\u00f6re modern beslenme ve hayat tarz\u0131 kronik inflamasyonu tetikleyen en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden birisidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc modern hayat tarz\u0131 gere\u011fi kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z pek \u00e7ok ara\u00e7 gere\u00e7 ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerde yedi\u011fimiz i\u00e7ti\u011fimiz pek \u00e7ok \u015fey proinflamatuar etkiye sahiptir.<\/p>\n

Karbonhidrat ya da protein a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 tatl\u0131 veya tuzlu rafine edilmi\u015f t\u00fcm fabrikasyon \u00fcr\u00fcnler ve abur cubur at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131klar\u0131n tamam\u0131 proinflamatuar kimyasallar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin, inflamasyonu \u00f6nlemeye ve kontrol etmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak mikro g\u0131dalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yetersiz yiyeceklerdir.<\/p>\n

*\u0130nflamasyonu kronik hale getiren en \u00f6nemli etkenlerden birisi \u201c\u0130nflamatuar sitokinlerdir\u201d. \u0130nflamasyonla birlikte sal\u0131nmaya ba\u015flayan ve v\u00fccudumuza zarar verici kimyasal \u00f6zellikleri olan \u201cSitokinler<\/strong>\u201d pek \u00e7ok kronik veya dejeneratif hastal\u0131\u011fa neden olabilirler. \u00d6rnek olarak kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, iltihabi sindirim sistemi hastal\u0131klar\u0131, iltihabi eklem romatizmalar\u0131 (artrit), metabolik hastal\u0131klar, y\u00fcksek tansiyon, Alzheimer, Parkinson, ast\u0131m, bron\u015fit, diyabet ve kanser gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131 sayabiliriz.<\/p>\n

*\u0130nflamasyonun kronik hale getiren en \u00f6nemli etkenlerden birisi de \u201cSerbest radikallerdir<\/strong>\u201d. Normal \u015fartlarda bir serbest radikal ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi taraf\u0131ndan hemen yok edilir. Ancak kronik inflamasyon serbest radikallerin kontrolden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bir yang\u0131n gibi v\u00fccudumuzda s\u00fcrekli \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131na neden olur.<\/p>\n

Serbest radikaller; solunum ve sindirim gibi do\u011fal v\u00fccut fonksiyonlar\u0131 neticesinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan, bir elektronunu kaybetmi\u015f y\u00fcksek enerjili reaktif oksijen molek\u00fclleridir. Elektronlar \u00e7ift hareket ettiklerinden, bir serbest radikal s\u00fcrekli bir ba\u015fka molek\u00fclden elektron \u00e7alma pe\u015findedir. Elektron \u00e7ald\u0131ktan sonra ilk serbest radikal n\u00f6trle\u015fir.<\/p>\n

Ancak bu i\u015flem ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde zincirleme kimyasal bir reaksiyon ba\u015flayabilir.\u00a0 \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir elektronu serbest radikal taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131nan molek\u00fcl\u00fcn yap\u0131s\u0131 bozulup elektronu yine tek ba\u015f\u0131na kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ortaya son derece aktif yeni bir serbest radikal \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu molek\u00fcl de ba\u015fka bir molek\u00fclden elektron \u00e7alarak onun yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bozar ve o molek\u00fcl\u00fc serbest radikale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr.Bu \u015fekilde s\u00fcrekli \u00e7o\u011falan serbest radikaller \u0130nflamatuar s\u00fcrecini kesintisiz devam ettiren, zararl\u0131 ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 bir zincirleme kimyasal reaksiyona neden olurlar.<\/p>\n

Bu reaksiyonlar sonucu say\u0131lar\u0131 h\u0131zla artan serbest radikaller v\u00fccudumuzun antioksidan savunma sistemlerini bast\u0131r\u0131r, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fccre ve dokulara zarar vererek DNA yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bozar. Netice de bron\u015fit, ast\u0131m, kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, kanser, diyabet, osteoporoz, romatizma, alzheimer, parkinson, enfeksiyonel hastal\u0131klar ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilo gibi pek \u00e7ok rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara neden olurlar.<\/p>\n

*Kronik inflamasyon ins\u00fclin direncini art\u0131rarak kandaki ins\u00fclin seviyesinin s\u00fcrekli y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131na neden olur. Y\u00fcksek ins\u00fclin seviyeleri ise daha \u00e7ok serbest radikallerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olur. E\u011fer proinflamatuar g\u0131dalarla beslenme \u015fekli terkedilip, antioksidan g\u0131da al\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131larak ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilip kronik inflamasyon ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmazsa, kilo almak kolayla\u015f\u0131rken zay\u0131flamak zorla\u015f\u0131r. Kronik inflamasyon leptin direncine neden oldu\u011funda, leptin hormonunun i\u015ftah ve kilo kontrol\u00fc sinyalleri g\u00f6nderme becerisini sekteye u\u011fratarak ya\u011f\u0131n yak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekirken depolanmas\u0131na neden olur. Netice de daha \u00e7ok inflamasyon ve daha \u00e7ok leptin direncinin geli\u015fti\u011fi k\u0131s\u0131r bir d\u00f6ng\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00f6ng\u00fc ise daha \u00e7ok leptin direncine, daha \u00e7ok ya\u011f depolanmas\u0131na ve daha \u00e7ok inflamasyona neden olur.<\/p>\n

Hangi nedenle olursa olsun, v\u00fccudumuz bir kez kronik inflamasyona haz\u0131r hale geldi\u011finde \u201ci\u00e7imizdeki sessiz yang\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatmak i\u00e7in<\/strong>\u201d tek bir k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m dahi yeterli olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n

\u201cBu k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m<\/strong>\u201d \u00e7o\u011funlukla, alkol –\u00a0 sigara gibi toksinler, stres, y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler, alerjik reaksiyonlar, uykusuzluk, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bedensel yorgunluk, g\u0131da duyarl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 veya herhangi bir \u015fekilde olu\u015fan basit bir enfeksiyon gibi nedenlerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Bu durumu tersine \u00e7evirebilmek ise tamamen kendi elimizdedir. En basit yolu \u00f6ncelikle kronik inflamasyon sebeplerini ortadan kald\u0131rarak, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na ve antioksidan a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme d\u00fczenine ge\u00e7mektir.
