Bazen biraz yorgun, bezgin b\u0131kk\u0131n, bitkin, halsiz olabiliriz veya bir yerlerimizde a\u011fr\u0131lar hissediyor olabiliriz. Ne zaman bu \u015fekilde belirgin hi\u00e7bir sebebi olmayan \u015fikayetler ya\u015f\u0131yorsak ya da so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na veya di\u011fer gribal enfeksiyonlara kolayca yakalan\u0131yorsak, \u201cbilin ki sebep (genelde) mikro g\u0131da yetersizlidir.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n

Genelde bu yetersizlikler \u00e7ok sinsi olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc var olduklar\u0131n\u0131 bilmemiz \u00e7ok zordur ve her insana uygun bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u0130htiya\u00e7 listesi haz\u0131rlayabilmek s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc v\u00fccudumuzun her \u00e7e\u015fit vitamin ve minerale \u201cne kadar ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirlemenin hi\u00e7bir pratik yolu yoktur<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mikro g\u0131da yetersizlikleri \u201chemen her ya\u015fta herkesi etkileyebilir<\/strong>.\u201d Kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, y\u00fcksek tansiyon, \u00e7e\u015fitli kanser t\u00fcrleri ve bir\u00e7ok enfeksiyonel  hastal\u0131klar\u0131n, besin de\u011feri y\u00fcksek taze meyve ve sebzeleri, y\u00fcksek lif i\u00e7eren tah\u0131llar\u0131, baklagilleri ve di\u011fer \u00e7i\u011f (canl\u0131) g\u0131dalar\u0131 \u201cdaha az t\u00fcketen insanlarda<\/strong>\u201d yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n

\u00d6rne\u011fin t\u00fcm \u015fizofren vakalar\u0131n\u0131n en az \u00fc\u00e7te biri \u00e7inko, magnezyum, selenyum gibi minerallerle,  A – B3 – B6 – B 12 gibi vitaminler ve folik asid \u201cihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n ortalaman\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur<\/strong>.\u201d Bu hastalar\u0131n kimyasal ila\u00e7larla tedavi edilmesi veya bir hastanede g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 yerine, ortalaman\u0131n \u00fczerinde ki mikro g\u0131da ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanarak iyile\u015ftirilmeleri muhtemeldir. (En az\u0131ndan denenmelidir.)<\/p>\n

Ancak hi\u00e7bir insan\u0131n besin ihtiyac\u0131, bir di\u011ferinin ki ile ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir.
