Bir \u00e7ok bilim insan\u0131na g\u00f6re dengeli beslenmedeki \u201calt\u0131n oran; be\u015f birim karbonhidrat, \u00fc\u00e7 birim ya\u011f ve maksimum iki birim protein \u015feklindedir<\/strong>.\u201d Bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fartlarda bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcye tam olarak uyabilmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Sadece yediklerimizin miktar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmam\u0131z halinde bile, sindirim sistemimiz fabrika ayarlar\u0131 gere\u011fi, bir \u00e7ok zorlu\u011fun alt\u0131ndan kalkarak sindirim i\u015flemini en faydal\u0131 \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecektir.<\/p>\n

Emin olun Allah\u2019\u0131n kurdu\u011fu muazzam d\u00fczen i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sindirim sistemiz, (sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla) proteinleri, karbonhidratlar\u0131, ya\u011flar\u0131, ni\u015fastay\u0131 ve lifleri bir arada sindirebilecek kabiliyete sahiptir.<\/p>\n
