Bilinenin aksine uyku t\u00fcm v\u00fccut sistemlerinin pasifle\u015fip dinlendi\u011fi bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201cuyku esnas\u0131nda v\u00fccudumuz genel olarak tamir ve yenilenme s\u00fcrecine girer<\/strong>.\u201d V\u00fccudumuzun suya, oksijene, mikro g\u0131dalara ve negatif iyonlara ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011fu kadar uykuya da ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r ve normal \u015fartlarda her insan ortalama olarak \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7te birini uykuda ge\u00e7irir.<\/p>\n

Uyku uzmanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re; dengeli bir hayat s\u00fcrebilmemiz i\u00e7in her g\u00fcn ortalama olarak 7 – 9 saatlik dinlendirici bir uykuya ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. Uyku esnas\u0131nda g\u00fcn boyunca insan zihnini me\u015fgul eden problemler, gerginlikler, aktiviteler ve fark\u0131nda olmadan \u201chaf\u0131zaya al\u0131nan t\u00fcm bilgiler \u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f bir bilgisayar haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131n ay\u0131klanmas\u0131 gibi ay\u0131klan\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Uykuda hormonlar dengelenir, sindirim sistemi ve solunum sistemi daha yava\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak k\u0131smen dinlenir. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi v\u00fccudumuzun tamirat ve yenileme i\u015fleriyle daha \u00e7ok u\u011fra\u015f\u0131r. Uyku esnas\u0131nda epifiz bezi daha aktif \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak daha fazla b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonu salg\u0131lar. Uzun vadede sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde ki negatif etkilerinin \u00e7ok fazla olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilin. Oksijeni ve negatif iyonlar\u0131 bol ormanl\u0131k veya sakin bir ortamda yeterli miktardaki her uykudan sonra dinlenmi\u015f yenilenmi\u015f olarak uyanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 unutmay\u0131n.<\/p>\n

UYKUSUZLU\u011eUN NEDEN OLDU\u011eU SA\u011eLIK SORUNLARI<\/strong><\/p>\n

*Uykusuzluk genel olarak v\u00fccudun ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemine zarar vererek bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n olu\u015fumu i\u00e7in zemin haz\u0131rlar. Yorgunluk, halsizlik, isteksizlik, sinirlilik uykusuzlu\u011fun en basit sonu\u00e7lar\u0131d\u0131r. Kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan psikolojik sorunlara kadar pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131k uykusuzluk halinde daha da a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

*Uykusuzluk beynimizin etkinli\u011fini azalt\u0131r. Normalde daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede,daha az efor sarf ederek ula\u015fabilece\u011fi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 daha uzun s\u00fcrede, daha \u00e7ok efor harcayarak elde edebilir.<\/p>\n
