Yar\u0131n, \u201cKur an\u2019\u0131n vahiy s\u00fcreci ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>\u201d i\u00e7in kutsalla\u015fan ve hicretin ikinci y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren t\u00fcm M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara farz k\u0131l\u0131nan, ancak zaman i\u00e7erisinde, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenen zengin \u015fi\u015fmanlar i\u00e7in \u201cdiyet ve zay\u0131flama ay\u0131,<\/strong>\u201d yoksul zay\u0131flar i\u00e7in ise \u201cbeslenmek i\u00e7in f\u0131rsat ay\u0131na<\/strong>\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen  \u201cRamazan ay\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong>\u201d ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc ve ilk Cumas\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ancak bu Ramazan, yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 1439 y\u0131ld\u0131r idrak edilen di\u011fer Ramazan aylar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok farkl\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir vir\u00fcs bahanesiyle, \u00f6l\u00fcmle korkutularak t\u00fcm \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yasaklan\u0131p evlere hapsedildi\u011fimiz, Cuma namazlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, Kabe ve di\u011fer mescitlerle birlikte t\u00fcm dinler i\u00e7in kutsal kabul edilen alanlar\u0131n ibadete kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 (bildi\u011fim) tek Ramazan ay\u0131.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm peygamberlerin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 gibi, Hz. Muhammed efendimizin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 da insan\u0131n yarad\u0131l\u0131\u015f amac\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131. Ramazan, i\u015fte bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n v\u00fccut buldu\u011fu (zirvesini te\u015fkil eden) \u201cKur an\u2019\u0131n do\u011fum ay\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong>\u201d Bu do\u011fumun oru\u00e7la kutlanmas\u0131n\u0131 emreden ilahi vahye uymam\u0131z halinde, \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n de\u011fil<\/strong>,\u201d sadece \u201cbizlerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fct\u00fcn ibadetler de oldu\u011fu gibi,\u201coru\u00e7 ibadetinde de<\/strong>\u201d Allah\u2019\u0131n bizim a\u00e7 kalmam\u0131za ihtiyac\u0131 yoktur. E\u011fer yeme-i\u00e7me iste\u011finize hakim olup, az yiyerek \u00e7ok hareket etmeyi hayat tarz\u0131n\u0131z haline getiremiyorsan\u0131z, ya da fiziksel aktivite i\u00e7in yeteri kadar f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131z yoksa, kilo kontrol\u00fc ve ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131za gelebilecek bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131ktan koruna bilmeniz i\u00e7in oru\u00e7 tutmak zorunda oldu\u011funuzu vurgulayarak, orucun \u201chayat tarz\u0131m\u0131z ve \u00f6zellikle sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerindeki<\/strong>\u201d etkilerinin ne oldu\u011funa dair baz\u0131 bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve “otofaji<\/strong>” i\u015flemini k\u0131saca hat\u0131rlatmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n

Amerikan Ulusal Ya\u015flanma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fcnden, Prof. Mark Mattson ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibinin “Oru\u00e7 ve beyin fonksiyonlar\u0131<\/strong>” \u00fczerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda; oru\u00e7 halinde iken, beyinde baz\u0131 koruyucu mekanizmalar\u0131n harekete ge\u00e7ti\u011fi, beyin h\u00fccrelerinin yenilenme ve b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonu olarak kabul edilen BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Faktor) ve benzeri hormon salg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak, k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerden yeni sinir h\u00fccreleri olu\u015fturdu\u011fu, mevcut h\u00fccrelerin i\u00e7inde yer alan ve enerji \u00fcretiminde g\u00f6revli olan mitokondrileri artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirdi\u011fi g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

*Oru\u00e7 ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131n temizlenmesi, midenin dinlenerek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmesi ve sindirim sisteminin d\u00fczene girmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tam bir f\u0131rsatt\u0131r. Normal bir midenin orjinal hali 350-450 ml alacak b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcktedir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerle, \u00f6zellikle gazl\u0131 i\u00e7eceklerle normalin be\u015f-on kat\u0131 geni\u015fletilen midemizin, ameliyat olmadan bilin\u00e7li \u015fekilde tutulacak oru\u00e7la, orjinal haline d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n
