\u201cCovid-19 bahane edilerek<\/strong>\u201d t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lan korku senaryolar\u0131 da g\u00f6steriyor ki; mevcut \u201cmedya ara\u00e7lar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak insanlar \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan<\/strong> alg\u0131 operasyonlar\u0131, <\/strong>(her konuda) ger\u00e7eklerden \u00e7ok daha etkili ve inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 durumdad\u0131r.<\/strong>\u201d Bu durum ise bir \u00e7ok konuda do\u011frular\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f, yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131n do\u011fru olarak g\u00f6sterilmesine ve yo\u011fun \u015fekilde bilgi kirlili\u011fine neden olmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00dclkemizde bir\u00e7ok konuda oldu\u011fu gibi beslenme konusunda da olabildi\u011fince fazla bilgi kirlili\u011fi mevcuttur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201csa\u011fl\u0131k konusunda oldu\u011fu gibi, beslenme konusu da b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl olarak de\u011fil, par\u00e7a par\u00e7a ele al\u0131n\u0131p incelenmektedir<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yiyeceklerimiz k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcc\u00fck biyokimyasal par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131na kadar ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, beslenme ve sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan v\u00fccudumuz \u00fczerinde olabilecek etkileri incelenip, varsay\u0131mlarla\u00a0 kesin sonu\u00e7lar elde edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Sonu\u00e7ta \u201cayn\u0131 konuda taban tabana z\u0131t bilgileri<\/strong> ayn\u0131 e\u011fitime ve k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip,<\/strong>\u00a0ayn\u0131 unvan\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan” bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131ndan s\u0131k s\u0131k duymam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabiliyor.<\/p>\n

Bunlara birde \u201csatacaklar\u0131 mamul\u00fcn besin de\u011ferinden ziyade raf \u00f6mr\u00fc, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc, pazar durumu ve sat\u0131labilirlik<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0gibi \u00f6zellikleri daha \u00f6nemli olan,\u00a0g\u0131da \u00fcreticilerinin \u201cyan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 reklamlar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d ile diyetisyenler hatta doktorlar taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u201ctutars\u0131z, bir biri ile \u00e7eli\u015fen tavsiye ve diyet programlar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong>\u201d ekledi\u011fimiz vakit t\u00fcketicinin \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n, b\u0131kk\u0131n ve \u00e7aresiz olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok da anormal gelmiyor.<\/p>\n

Konunun uzman\u0131 oldu\u011fu iddia edilen bir\u00e7ok bilim insan\u0131ndan, baz\u0131lar\u0131 “tek tip” beslenmeyi, baz\u0131lar\u0131 “\u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnden” \u015fa\u015fmamay\u0131 tavsiye ederken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerle birlikte “sekiz \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc” aksatmamay\u0131 tavsiye edebiliyor.<\/p>\n

Haz\u0131rlanan diyet programlar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 sadece protein a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi \u00f6nerirken, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 karbonhidrat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi \u00f6neriyor. Kimisi sadece g\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131nacak kalori miktar\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karken, kimisi ya\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak ad\u0131na, ya\u011f\u0131n cinsini ve kalitesini hi\u00e7 dikkate almadan b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u011flar\u0131 yasakl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
