\u201cDengeli beslenme<\/strong>;\u201d b\u00fcy\u00fcmek, geli\u015fmek, kaliteli, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, enerjik ve \u00fcretken bir hayat s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmemiz i\u00e7in ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan, proteinler, karbonhidratlar, iz elementler, mineraller, vitaminler ve ya\u011f asitleri gibi makro ve mikro g\u0131dalar\u0131 temin edebilmek amac\u0131yla, belirli zamanlarda, kurallar\u0131na uygun olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bir eylemdir.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm hayvanlar\u0131n \u201cneyi, ne zaman ve ne kadar yemeleri gerekti\u011fi<\/strong>,\u201d ilahi bir programla belirlenmi\u015ftir. En vah\u015fisi bile ac\u0131k\u0131nca avlan\u0131r, doyana kadar yer ve bir daha ac\u0131k\u0131ncaya kadar da avlanmaz. Hi\u00e7 kimse (evlerde yada \u00e7iftliklerde, insan eliyle beslenenler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda)\u00a0 \u201cdo\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131nda, \u015fi\u015fman yada obez bir tek hayvan g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong>\u201d s\u00f6yleyemez.<\/p>\n

Fakat insan bir \u00e7ok konuda oldu\u011fu gibi, beslenme konusunda da kendi iradesi do\u011frultusunda serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stedi\u011fi zaman, istedi\u011fi \u015fekilde, istedi\u011fi \u015feyleri istedi\u011fi kadar yer, i\u00e7er.<\/p>\n

Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in do\u011fru olan\u0131 ise, irademizi ve akl\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullanarak, can\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n istediklerini, istedi\u011fimiz kadar yemekten ziyade, v\u00fccudumuzun \u201cihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu do\u011fru g\u0131dalar\u0131, gerekti\u011fi \u015fekilde, gerekti\u011fi kadar yemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zd\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cD\u00fcnyada t\u0131pat\u0131p bir birinin ayn\u0131 olan iki insan yoktur<\/strong>\u201d. Her insan\u0131n farkl\u0131 bedeni, farkl\u0131 yetenekleri, farkl\u0131 zay\u0131fl\u0131klar\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 g\u0131da ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir b\u00f6lgesinde, bilim insanlar\u0131na yada beslenme uzmanlar\u0131na, kusursuz sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir beslenmenin ne oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edecek, geli\u015fmi\u015f, \u00fcst\u00fcn, \u00e7ok uzun ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00e7ok kalabal\u0131k bir insan toplulu\u011fu yoktur. Bu kadar farkl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 diyet programlar\u0131n\u0131 uygulayarak yada ayn\u0131 besin maddelerini yiyerek, ayn\u0131 neticeyi almalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

V\u00fccudumuza \u00e7orba, salata, ana yemek, tatl\u0131 ve yan\u0131nda i\u00e7eceklerden olu\u015fan bir tek \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde bile; farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde farkl\u0131 besinlerle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 binlerce biyokimyasal al\u0131r\u0131z. Lokmay\u0131 a\u011fz\u0131m\u0131za ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z andan itibaren, \u201csonsuz derecede karma\u015f\u0131k kimyasal bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flar.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z besin kimyasallar\u0131n\u0131n her birisi, di\u011fer besin kimyasallar\u0131 ve v\u00fccudumuz da salg\u0131lanan (sadece t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck bezi ile salg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen aktif madde say\u0131s\u0131 300 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r) kimyasallarla, \u201csa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmam\u0131z i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck fayday\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde, say\u0131s\u0131z kimyasal reaksiyonlara girer<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n
