G\u00fcnl\u00fck beslenmenizde, besin de\u011feri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yetersiz ya da tamamen bo\u015f g\u0131dalar yiyor olabilirsiniz, ancak “kalorisi olmayan bir g\u0131da maddesi<\/strong>” yemeniz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Bir \u201cinsan\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck kalori ihtiyac\u0131<\/strong>,\u201d cinsiyetine, ya\u015f\u0131na, boyuna, kilosuna ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermekle birlikte, kabaca 2000 kalori civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. E\u011fer (neredeyse) s\u0131f\u0131r besin de\u011feri olan k\u0131zarm\u0131\u015f patates ile birlikte, bir adet duble hamburger (1180 kalori), iki bardak gazl\u0131 i\u00e7ecek (640 kalori) ve bir gofret (280 kalori) t\u00fcketirseniz “g\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z olan<\/strong>” toplam 2100 kaloriyi al\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Ancak v\u00fccudunuzun kullanabilece\u011fi birazc\u0131k protein, karbonhidrat ve ya\u011f d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u201cas\u0131l ihtiyac\u0131 olan mineraller, vitaminler, enzimler, ya\u011f asitleri, lifler ve daha bir\u00e7ok mikro g\u0131day\u0131<\/strong>\u201d alamazs\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer s\u00fcrekli bu tarz (mikro g\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan) “i\u00e7i bo\u015f, kalorisi y\u00fcksek<\/strong>” g\u0131dalarla beslenirseniz, \u201ch\u00fccreleriniz fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirebilmek i\u00e7in v\u00fccudunuzda ki stoklar\u0131 kullanmak zorunda kal\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 miktarda olan stoklar t\u00fckendi\u011finde ise \u201cmalzeme eksikli\u011finden h\u00fccre yenilenmesi yava\u015flar, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi zay\u0131flar ve hastal\u0131klar ba\u015flar<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bu arada siz hala a\u00e7s\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r ve bo\u015f kalori y\u00fcklemeye devam edersiniz. \u201cBo\u015f kaloriler bizi daha fazla \u015fi\u015fmanlatmaktan, ya da hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131rmaktan ba\u015fka<\/strong>\u201d hi\u00e7 bir i\u015fe yaramaz. \u201cHer g\u00fcn yakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zdan<\/strong> sadece 200 kalori fazla alsan\u0131z kilonuz y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 kg artacak<\/strong>\u201d demektir.<\/p>\n

Hi\u00e7bir besleyici de\u011feri olmayan rafine yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerden alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bo\u015f kaloriler, bizi daha fazla \u015fi\u015fmanlatmaktan ya da hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131rmaktan ba\u015fka hi\u00e7 bir i\u015fe yaramazken, \u201cmiktar\u0131 abart\u0131lmadan yenecek do\u011fal \u00fcr\u00fcnler, kalorisi daha y\u00fcksek bile olsa hem sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 destekler hem de zay\u0131flatabilir<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00d6rne\u011fin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 bir\u00e7ok kimyasal toksik madde i\u00e7eren 100 gram salam 518 kalori ile \u015fi\u015fmanlat\u0131c\u0131 bir besin maddesi iken, 100 gram \u00e7i\u011f badem 580 kalori olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u201chem besleyici hem de zay\u0131flat\u0131c\u0131 bir g\u0131da maddesi olarak kabul edilir.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u0130lk defa “120 Y\u0131ll\u0131k Diyetin \u00d6tesinde<\/strong>” adl\u0131 kitab\u0131n yazar\u0131 \u201cDr. Roy Wolfurt<\/strong>\u201d taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lan \u201cminimum kalori ile maksimum besin sa\u011flayarak her hangi bir canl\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ya\u015fam s\u00fcresini uzatma<\/strong> teorisine<\/strong>\u201d g\u00f6re kalori s\u0131n\u0131rlamak kendimizi a\u00e7 b\u0131rakmak anlam\u0131na gelmiyor.<\/p>\n

Dr. Roy Wolfurd\u2019un fareler, k\u00f6pekler ve di\u011fer memeli hayvanlar \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00e7ok uzun zamana yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, “d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalorili ancak \u00e7ok besleyici diyetler ile uzun ya\u015fam aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiyi ispatlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

Bu durum ayn\u0131 zamanda \u201cbedenimizin besinleri sindirmek ve at\u0131klar\u0131 elimine etmek i\u00e7in en az enerji harcay\u0131p, i\u00e7sel temizlik ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k fonksiyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7in daha fazla enerji ay\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong>\u201d anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n
