*Otofaji i\u015flemi sayesinde \u201ch\u00fccrelerimiz kendi fabrika ayarlar\u0131 ile<\/strong>\u201d sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fccrelerin korunmas\u0131n\u0131 destekleyerek, baz\u0131 kanser t\u00fcrleri, parkinson, demans, kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, tansiyon ve diyabet gibi bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nleyebilmektedir.<\/p>\n

*\u201d\u00d6\u011flen yeme\u011fi \u00fclkemizde son 100 y\u0131lda yayg\u0131nla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, t\u00fcketime y\u00f6nelik sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131kt\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d 30 g\u00fcnl\u00fck orucun bize sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 en basit ama en \u00f6nemli faydalar\u0131ndan birisi \u201c\u00f6\u011flen yeme\u011fini hayat\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131karmak olacakt\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d Bu sayede \u201chem kilo vermeniz kolayla\u015facak hem de \u00fcrik asit, trigliserit ve kolesterol y\u00fcksekli\u011fi ile karaci\u011fer ya\u011flanmas\u0131 gibi problemlerin ortadan kalkmas\u0131 sonucu bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131k riskiniz azalacakt\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

*E\u011fer Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca iftar ve sahurda yediklerinize dikkat ederek, \u201clokmalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fcp a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131zda 20-30 defa \u00e7i\u011fneyerek yeme s\u00fcrenizi uzat\u0131p, midenizi rast gele t\u0131ka basa doldurmadan sofradan kalkarsan\u0131z<\/strong>,\u201d mideniz k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclerek normal \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerine d\u00f6necek ve kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak kilo vermeniz kolayla\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca Ramazan ay\u0131ndan maksimum fayday\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in: \u201cOrucun sadece kendi sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan bir ibadet oldu\u011funu bilerek hi\u00e7 de\u011filse tak\u0131m tutanlar kadar istek, heyecan ve a\u015fkla, hi\u00e7 olmazsa zar atanlar kadar \u015fevk ve umutla, en az\u0131ndan bo\u011faz\u0131na kadar g\u00fcnaha batanlar kadar cesaretli ve pervas\u0131zca oru\u00e7 tutal\u0131m.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n
