\u0130\u015fte bu noktada daha bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn yan\u0131nda elma sirkesi (abartmadan) kullanma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 edinmenin \u00f6nemi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7erdi\u011fi \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ve de\u011ferli mikro g\u0131dalar nedeniyle (do\u011fal olan b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u0131dalar gibi) ev yap\u0131m\u0131 Elma sirkesi de<\/strong> bedenimizi genel anlamda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek, \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131k belirtilerini hafifletmek ve baz\u0131 \u015fikayetlerimizi ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullanabilece\u011fimiz en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131lardan biridir<\/strong><\/p>\n

ELMA S\u0130RKES\u0130N\u0130N B\u0130L\u0130NEN FAYDALARI<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ev yap\u0131m\u0131 elma sirkesi (bilin\u00e7li kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla) sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in tercih edilmesi gereken en pop\u00fcler sirke t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bir\u00e7o\u011fu bilimsel kan\u0131tlarla desteklenen \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki faydas\u0131ndan bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtmek istiyorum. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ancak bilin\u00e7li ve do\u011fru \u015fekilde t\u00fcketildi\u011finde olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, abart\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00e7ok fazla t\u00fcketilmesi halinde istenmeyen etkilere neden olabilece\u011fi de bir ger\u00e7ektir. \u0130\u00e7eri\u011finde \u00e7ok fazla asit bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle seyreltilmeden (salatalar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda) do\u011frudan t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilmez. Bu nedenle suya veya \u0131l\u0131k bal \u015ferbetine bir – iki \u00e7orba ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 elma sirkesi ekleyerek veya salatalarda sos olarak t\u00fcketmek daha do\u011fru bir uygulama olacakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Elma sirkesinin bilimsel olarak \u015fimdiye kadar tespit edilmi\u015f olan en \u00f6nemli faydas\u0131 tip 2 diyabetli hastalarda belirtilerin (semptomlar\u0131n) kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131ndaki etkisidir. Tip 2 diyabet; h\u00fccrelerimizin ins\u00fclin hormonuna diren\u00e7 g\u00f6stermesi sonucu kan \u015fekeri seviyesinin y\u00fckselmesidir. Tip 2 tedavisinde temel ama\u00e7 kan \u015fekeri seviyesini normal aral\u0131kta tutmakt\u0131r. Elma sirkesinin de kan \u015fekeri ve ins\u00fclin seviyesinin dengelenmesinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da faydas\u0131 oldu\u011fu bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Yo\u011fun karbonhidratl\u0131 bir yemek s\u0131ras\u0131nda elma sirkesi t\u00fcketilmesi halinde h\u00fccrelerin ins\u00fclin duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n %19 ila %34 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kan \u015fekeri seviyesinin belirgin \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tespit edilmi\u015ftir. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu nedenle elma sirkesi \u015feker hastalar\u0131, gizli \u015fekeri olanlar ve kan \u015fekeri seviyesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek isteyen ki\u015filer i\u00e7in yararl\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eeker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ki\u015filer<\/strong> elma sirkesi t\u00fcketerek kulland\u0131klar\u0131 ila\u00e7 miktar\u0131n\u0131 azaltabilirler.<\/strong><\/p>\n
