Her bir \u201cinsan v\u00fccudundaki hayat\u0131n zenginli\u011fi, \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi, yer y\u00fcz\u00fcndeki, yer alt\u0131ndaki ve t\u00fcm okyanuslardaki hayat\u0131n zenginli\u011fi ve \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi<\/strong>\u201d kadar \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

V\u00fccudumuzda h\u00fccreler dokular\u0131, organlar\u0131, sistemleri olu\u015fturur. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi, dola\u015f\u0131m sistemi, lenf sistemi, sinir sistemi, solunum sistemi, kas sistemi, iskelet sistemi, sindirim sistemi ve t\u00fcm organlar\u0131m\u0131z \u201cson h\u00fccrelerine kadar<\/strong>\u201d \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 bir ili\u015fki i\u00e7erisinde, trilyonlarca g\u00f6r\u00fclmez misafirlerle birlikte uyum i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fayarak, \u201cmakro ve mikro ya\u015fam eko sistemini olu\u015fturur lar<\/strong>\u201d. Belli bir program i\u00e7erisinde s\u00fcrekli \u00f6l\u00fcp \u00f6l\u00fcp dirilerek organlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve bedenimizi yeniler ve canl\u0131 tutar. Ancak bu g\u00f6revlerini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yerine getirebilmeleri i\u00e7in mutlak \u015fartlardan biriside\u00a0gerekli olan vitaminler, mineraller, elementler, iz elementler, hormonlar, enzimler, amino asitler, ya\u011f asitleri ve benzerleri eksiksiz temin edilmelidir.<\/p>\n

Y\u00fczlerce, belki de binlerce maddelik listeler halinde s\u0131ralayabilece\u011fimiz b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u0131da maddeleri, \u201ckarbonhidratlar, proteinler ve ya\u011flar<\/strong>\u201d olarak \u00fc\u00e7 ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta toplan\u0131r. Ancak bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7 birisi do\u011fal haliyle yiyece\u011fimiz hi\u00e7bir g\u0131da maddesinde, \u201cprotein, karbonhidrat veya ya\u011f asidi \u015feklinde<\/strong>\u201d tek ba\u015flar\u0131na, saf olarak bulunmazlar. \u00d6rne\u011fin Anadolu insan\u0131 olarak hepimizin yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 kuru fasulye bile, tek ba\u015f\u0131na hap gibi yutulsa, \u201chem protein hem karbonhidrat hem de ya\u011f asitleri birlikte al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olur.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu nedenle (bana g\u00f6re) \u201csa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir sindirim sistemi hepsini bir arada ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hazmetmeye uygun bir \u015fekilde yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong>\u201d Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir hayat i\u00e7in v\u00fccudumuzun hem karbonhidratlara hem proteinlere hem de ya\u011f asitlerine ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r.\u00a0 \u00d6nemli olan bunlar\u0131n \u201cyeterince ve dengeli bir \u015fekilde\u201d al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/strong> Yediklerimiz tamamen katk\u0131s\u0131z, do\u011fal bir g\u0131da maddesi bile olsa, \u201cgere\u011finden fazla t\u00fcketilmesi halinde sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131<\/strong>\u201d hi\u00e7bir zaman unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u201cYedi\u011fimiz g\u0131dalar\u0131n sindirimi a\u011f\u0131zda ba\u015flar<\/strong>\u201d. A\u011fz\u0131m\u0131z normalde hafif alkali (PH= 7 – 7.4) bir ortama sahiptir. Bunun nedeni, kulak alt\u0131, \u00e7ene\u00a0alt\u0131 ve dil alt\u0131 t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck bezleri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla \u00fcretilen ve \u201c\u00e7ok karma\u015f\u0131k bir kimyasal yap\u0131ya sahip olan, t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck salg\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

T\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck i\u00e7erisinde su, alb\u00fcmin (Lipaz amilaz,\u00a0 peptidaz, fosfataz,\u00a0 Piyalin\u00a0 gibi) \u00e7e\u015fitli enzimler, imminoglobin A \u2013 G \u2013 M gibi antikorlar,\u00a0 serum proteinleri, Siyalik Asit, \u00fcrik asit,\u00a0 lipitler, azot, elektrolitler, kalsiyum, sodyum, potasyum, magnezyum ve bikarbonat iyonlar\u0131 gibi say\u0131s\u0131z kimyasal maddeler bulunur.\u00a0 Bu \u201ckimyasal maddelerin kullan\u0131labilmesi ve yeterince faydal\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in<\/strong>\u201d lokmalar\u0131n \u201cyava\u015f yava\u015f ve en az 20-25 defa \u00e7i\u011fnendikten sonra<\/strong>\u201d yutulmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n

En \u00f6nemli sindirim istasyonumuz \u201cmidedir<\/strong>.\u201d\u00a0 Midemizdeki ortam tamamen asidiktir ve \u201cburada sadece protein sindirimi ba\u015flar<\/strong>.\u201d Bir\u00e7ok konuda oldu\u011fu gibi sindirim konusunda da en b\u00fcy\u00fck problemlerden birisi bilgi kirlili\u011fidir. Bir\u00e7ok diyet kitab\u0131nda \u201cen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mide probleminde dahi, hazm\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak veya v\u00fccudun hafif alkali hale getirilmesine destek olmak niyetiyle kimyasal ila\u00e7lar, karbonatl\u0131 su veya soda i\u00e7mek<\/strong>\u201d gibi de\u011fi\u015fik tavsiyelere rastlar\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Halbuki \u201cmidede sadece protein sindirimi ba\u015flar ve ortam\u0131n tamamen asidik (PH= 1,5 – 3 civar\u0131) olmas\u0131 gereklidir<\/strong>\u201d. Midede salg\u0131lanan hidroklorik asit protein sindirim enzimi olan \u201cPepsini<\/strong>\u201d harekete ge\u00e7irir. \u00c7ok karma\u015f\u0131k bir yap\u0131ya sahip olan Proteinler \u201cpepsinler sayesinde par\u00e7alanarak, Aminoasitler ve peptitlere\u201d\u00a0ayr\u0131l\u0131r.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ancak herhangi bir nedenle, midede yeteri kadar hidroklorik asit \u00fcretilmemesi veya d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z herhangi bir m\u00fcdahale ile \u201cPH de\u011ferinin y\u00fckseltilmesi (asit de\u011ferinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi)<\/strong> halinde, proteinler gerekti\u011fi \u015fekilde par\u00e7alanamayacak ve sindirim i\u015flemi daha ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131nda eksik yap\u0131lmaya mahkum olacak<\/strong>\u201d demektir.<\/p>\n

Normal \u015fartlarda sindirimin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde devam edebilmesi i\u00e7in g\u0131da maddelerinin mideden 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fini m\u00fcteakip, \u201cSekretin ve Kolesistokinin\u201d hormonlar\u0131 salg\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong>\u201d Bu hormonlar\u0131n salg\u0131lanabilmesi i\u00e7in ise, mideden 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131na ge\u00e7en \u201cg\u0131da maddelerinin PH de\u011ferinin 2 civar\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gerekir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu iki hormon 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilir ve kana kar\u0131\u015farak Pankreas, karaci\u011fer,\u00a0mide ve di\u011fer organlara ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r. Sekretin hormonu mideye \u201cs\u0131v\u0131 \u00fcretimini durdurma talimat\u0131n\u0131 verir<\/strong>. Karaci\u011feri \u201csafra \u00fcretmesi i\u00e7in<\/strong>, \u201cba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131na ise yeme\u011fin geldi\u011fini haber vererek, kendisini korumaya yetecek kadar \u201cMukus \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in uyar\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ancak \u201cyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli \u015fey<\/strong>\u201d mideden gelen yiyeceklerdeki asidi etkisiz hale getirerek, sindirilebilmesi i\u00e7in \u201cPankreas\u0131 uyarmas\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201csindirimin tam ve hatas\u0131z olabilmesi i\u00e7in ince ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok daha alkali bir PH de\u011ferinin (Ph ; 7 \u2013 8 ) olmas\u0131 gerekir<\/strong>.\u201d Bu da ancak pankreas\u0131n \u00fcretece\u011fi bikarbonat \u00e7\u00f6zeltileri ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Pankreas\u0131n g\u00f6revi bununla da bitmez. \u201cSindirim i\u00e7in \u015fart olan Amilaz, Glukagon,\u00a0Tripsinojen ve\u00a0 \u0130ns\u00fclin\u00a0 gibi enzimleri de salg\u0131lamas\u0131<\/strong>\u201d gerekir.<\/p>\n

Ancak pankreas\u0131n bu sindirim enzimlerini salg\u0131layabilmesi i\u00e7in ikinci bir hormonun, yani \u201cKolesistokinin uyar\u0131s\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d E\u011fer \u201cmideden gelen yiyece\u011fin PH de\u011feri normalden y\u00fcksek olursa<\/strong>\u201d ( 2 civar\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r) 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131 \u201cKolesistokinin \u00a0hormonu \u00fcretmez<\/strong>\u201d. Bu hormonun \u00fcretilmemesi halinde ise Pankreas uyar\u0131lmaz ve gerekli sindirim enzimlerini salg\u0131lamaz.<\/p>\n

Neticede s\u00fcreci k\u00f6t\u00fc bir sindirim ve emilim takip eder. \u201cKazomorfin, Glutenomorfin gibi, tam sindirilmemi\u015f proteinler<\/strong>\u201d hasarl\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131ndan emilerek kana kar\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve \u201calerji gibi ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k reaksiyonlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar<\/strong>.\u201d Pek \u00e7ok temel vitamin, mineral ve aminoasitler \u00f6z\u00fcmsenemez.<\/p>\n

Ba\u011f\u0131rsaklarda tam olarak sindirilemeyen karbonhidratlar, \u201canormal ba\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131l\u0131p alkole,\u00a0asetaldehite ve di\u011fer toksinlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr<\/strong>\u201d. Ya\u011flar sindirilemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in ya\u011f da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilen \u201cson derece \u00f6nemli, A-D-E- K vitaminleri ve omega-3\u00a0 gibi, temel ya\u011f asitleri eksik kal\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d Di\u011fer sindirilemeyen yiyecekler ise sindirim yolunda \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcyerek \u201ct\u00fcm v\u00fccuda zararl\u0131 hale gelir.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMide asidinin azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sadece sindirimi mahvetmekle kalmaz,<\/strong>\u201d ba\u015fka ciddi olumsuzluklara da yol a\u00e7ar. Normalde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 asitli ortam nedeniyle, sindirim sisteminin bakteri ve mantarlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck n\u00fcfus yo\u011funluklu b\u00f6lgesi midedir. \u201cAncak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck asitli (Ph de\u011feri y\u00fcksek) bir midede heliko bakteri,\u00a0Campillo bakteri,\u00a0pylori,\u00a0candida, E-coli,\u00a0Salmonella,\u00a0streptococci gibi de\u011fi\u015fik t\u00fcrden pek \u00e7ok \u201cpatojen ve f\u0131rsat\u00e7\u0131 bakterilerle \u00e7e\u015fitli mantar t\u00fcrleri<\/strong> mide duvar\u0131nda ya\u015fama ve \u00e7o\u011falma ortam\u0131 bulurlar<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck asitli midede ya\u015fayan, patojen bakterilerin pek \u00e7o\u011fu, karbonhidratlar\u0131 \u201c\u00f6zellikle de i\u015flenmi\u015f olanlar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketmeyi \u00e7ok sever.<\/strong>\u201d Normalde \u201ckarbonhidrat sindirimi a\u011f\u0131zda t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck ile ba\u015flar, mideye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mide asidi taraf\u0131ndan sindirimi durdurulur ve 12 parmak ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131na ge\u00e7inceye kadar bekletilir<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ancak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck asitli midede patojen bakteriler karbonhidratlar\u0131, \u201c\u00f6zellikle rafine karbonhidratlar\u0131 fermente etmeye ba\u015flar.<\/strong>\u201d Fermantasyon sonucunda genellikle toksinler ve gaz a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar. S\u00fcrekli tekrarlanan bu i\u015flemler sonucunda \u201cmide tembelli\u011fi, mide ek\u015fimesi, yanmas\u0131, gastrit,\u00a0refl\u00fc\u00a0 gibi \u015fikayetler ba\u015flar.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Mide asidinin uzun s\u00fcreli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131n\u0131n gastrit \u00fclser ya da mide kanseri olu\u015fumunda etkili oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. \u201cMide kanserli ki\u015filerde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, mide asidi seviyesinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Mide \u015fikayetleri ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda karbonat veya soda gibi yapay i\u00e7ecekler yahut kimyasal pastiller kullanarak, mideyi ge\u00e7ici olarak rahatlat\u0131p \u201cfabrika ayarlar\u0131n\u0131\u00a0bozmak yerine,<\/strong>\u201d daha hastal\u0131klar ba\u015flarken m\u00fcdahale edilerek \u201csebepler ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm organlar\u0131m\u0131z gibi hi\u00e7bir mide veya ba\u011f\u0131rsak da do\u011frudan kanser olmaz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z beslenme hatalar\u0131 nedeniyle, \u201c\u00f6nce haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, mide de tembellik, ek\u015fime, gaz, yanma, gastrit, \u00fclser ve en sonunda kanser olur<\/strong>\u201d. Yani \u201ckanser olmadan \u00f6nce de\u011fi\u015fik \u015fekillerde, bir\u00e7ok kez \u00e7e\u015fitli semptomlarla mutlaka ikaz ediliriz.<\/strong>\u201d Tabii midedeki ek\u015fime ile \u00fclser ya da kanser te\u015fhisi aras\u0131nda, \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llar oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, vatanda\u015f olarak \u201chastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 ile sonucu aras\u0131nda pek ba\u011flant\u0131 kuramay\u0131z<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer midemizde ek\u015fime \u00f6zellikle gastrit ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anda, beslenme hatalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fczelterek, \u201cmide asit salg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racak do\u011fal g\u0131dalar ile beslenir, midedeki iltihab\u0131 yok edecek bitkisel ya\u011flar ve bitki kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 kullan\u0131rsak<\/strong>\u201d midemizin \u00e7ok k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede normale d\u00f6nerek \u015fikayetlerimizin ortadan kalkaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00fclser yada kanser gibi \u00e7ok daha ciddi hastal\u0131klardan uzak olaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. \u201c\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc mide duvar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcnde bir kendisini yeniler.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n
