Konunun \u00f6nemine binaen diyetisyenler kimyagerler doktorlar ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ilgilenenler taraf\u0131ndan bu konuda bir\u00e7ok makale ve kitap yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bu kitaplar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011funda, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hata yap\u0131larak v\u00fccudumuzun PH de\u011ferinin d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yap\u0131lacak basit m\u00fcdahalelerle d\u00fczeltilebilece\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n

Baz\u0131 kaynaklarda genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131ktan kurtulabilmek i\u00e7in, asit – alkali dengesinin kurulmas\u0131na en b\u00fcy\u00fck destek olarak (a\u011f\u0131z yoluyla) karbonat ya da alkali s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 tavsiye edilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Y\u00fcksek PH, y\u00fcksek sa\u011fl\u0131k slogan\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131kan bu kitap ya da makalelerde \u00f6yle abart\u0131l\u0131 tavsiyeler var ki, karbonat ya da eczanelerde sat\u0131lan alkali s\u0131v\u0131lar kullan\u0131larak kan\u0131m\u0131z, dokular\u0131m\u0131z hatta t\u00fcm v\u00fccudumuz \u00e7ok basit bir \u015fekilde asitlerden temizlenerek alkali hale getirilebildi\u011fi iddia ediliyor.<\/p>\n

Neticede kanser, diyabet, ms, akne, egzama, obezite ve di\u011fer bildi\u011finiz t\u00fcm hastal\u0131klar\u0131n %99\u2019 undan \u00e7ok kolay bir yolla kurtulabiliyorsunuz. En vahimi de, v\u00fccudumuzu alkali yapabilmek ad\u0131na karbonat (a\u015f\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kire\u00e7lenmenin ana nedenlerinden biridir) kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, PH mucizesi olarak tavsiye ediliyor olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Mesela sadece karbonat kullanarak kanseri yenebilir, kilo problemlerinizden kurtulur, daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 daha enerjik bireyler olabilirsiniz(!) Hatta miktar\u0131n\u0131 biraz azaltarak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n hastal\u0131klardan kurtulmas\u0131nda ve bir\u00e7ok \u015fikayetin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda bile kullanabilece\u011finizden bahsedilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Halbuki do\u011fal olarak yapmam\u0131z gerekenlerin haricinde, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yap\u0131lacak m\u00fcdahalelerle, v\u00fccudumuzun asit – alkali dengesini d\u00fczenleyebilmemiz asla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. T\u0131p fak\u00fcltelerinde okutulan ve t\u0131bb\u0131n temeli say\u0131lan Fizyoloji dersinin en \u00f6nemli konular\u0131ndan birisi Homeostasis yani t\u00fcm v\u00fccut fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n normal seviyelerde dengeli olmas\u0131d\u0131r ve v\u00fccutta ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen istenmeyen de\u011fi\u015fikliklere kar\u015f\u0131 var olan dengenin korunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 prensibidir.<\/p>\n

Bu prensibe g\u00f6re, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n devam\u0131 i\u00e7in v\u00fccudumuzun kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sistemleri (fabrika ayarlar\u0131) i\u00e7erisinde, yap\u0131 ve i\u015flev bak\u0131m\u0131ndan g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fmezlik prensibinden bahsedilerek, kendi i\u00e7 ortam\u0131n\u0131 belirli s\u0131n\u0131rlarda dengede tutmas\u0131 ve belirlenmi\u015f dengelerin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f etmenlere kar\u015f\u0131 otomatik olarak korunma fonksiyonlar\u0131 anlat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Kesinle\u015fmi\u015f bu prensipler bilinirken, bu sistemlere t\u00fcm sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in yapmam\u0131z gerekenlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc m\u00fcdahalenin fabrika ayarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bozarak faydadan \u00e7ok zarar verece\u011fi hususunun mutlaka dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi kanaatindeyim.<\/p>\n

Kan ve dokular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bozulan asit – alkali dengesini yeniden sa\u011flayabilmenin birbiri ile ilintili bir\u00e7ok yolu vard\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda v\u00fccudumuzun hasta olu\u015f nedenleri ile PH de\u011ferinin bozulma nedenleri birbirinden farkl\u0131 \u015feyler de\u011fildir. Hasta olmamak i\u00e7in neler yapmamam\u0131z veya neler yapmam\u0131z gerekiyorsa, ayn\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 asit – alkali dengesini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7inde yapmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Yine de faydal\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 kanaatiyle, \u00f6zet bilgi olarak neler yapmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini k\u0131saca anlatmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n

-Kesinlikle kab\u0131z olmay\u0131n, olmu\u015f iseniz mutlaka ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gerekenleri yap\u0131n.<\/p>\n

-M\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar her t\u00fcrl\u00fc toksin kayna\u011f\u0131ndan, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r sular\u0131, s\u0131v\u0131 ve toz deterjanlar, di\u011fer temizlik ve ki\u015fisel bak\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden uzak durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n veya ili\u015fkinizi minimuma indirin.<\/p>\n

-Alkol ve sigara gibi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r toksik (zehirli) maddelerden uzak durun, sigara i\u00e7ilen ortamlarda dahi bulunmay\u0131n.<\/p>\n

-Ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131za, duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve psikolojik durumunuz ile solunum \u015feklinize dikkat etmek zorundas\u0131n\u0131z. \u00d6zellikle da\u011flar, ormanlar, deniz, nehir ve \u015felale kenarlar\u0131 gibi bol oksijenli ve negatif iyonlu ortamlarda bulunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. En az\u0131ndan zaman zaman gitmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Hi\u00e7 gitme imkan\u0131n\u0131z yoksa do\u011fru nefes alma tekniklerini \u00f6\u011frenerek a\u00e7\u0131k alanlarda derin derin nefes al\u0131p verme egzersizleri yap\u0131n.<\/p>\n

-Beslenme \u015feklinize mutlaka dikkat edin. Al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k gere\u011fi yemek ya da abur cubur \u00e7\u00f6p at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131klar\u0131 mideye doldurmaktan vaz ge\u00e7in. V\u00fccudunuzda mikro g\u0131da yetersizli\u011fine sebep olacak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc beslenme tarz\u0131ndan, \u00f6zellikle \u015feker ve \u015fekerli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n.<\/p>\n

-Risk olarak \u015feker ve \u015fekerli \u00fcr\u00fcnler tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeter. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7i\u011f yiyeceklerle beslenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n.<\/p>\n

-Mevsiminde olmas\u0131na dikkat ederek, taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f limon, portakal, greyfurt, havu\u00e7, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 pancar, enginar, kereviz gibi meyve ve sebze sular\u0131 ile ada \u00e7ay\u0131, ye\u015fil \u00e7ay, zencefil, zerde\u00e7al, kekik, papatya, karanfil, ku\u015fburnu, ekinezya, hibiskus, kakule, kebabiye gibi bitkileri hayat\u0131n\u0131zdan eksik etmeyin. \u0130ster yemeklerinize, salatalar\u0131n\u0131za kat\u0131n, isterseniz \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7in.<\/p>\n

-Zaman zaman oru\u00e7 tutmay\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirin, a\u00e7 kalmaktan korkmay\u0131n. Bilin\u00e7li a\u00e7 kalman\u0131n faydalar\u0131n\u0131 kitab\u0131n ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden \u00f6\u011frenin.<\/p>\n

-Hafif egzersizleri, hafif y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fleri hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirin. Y\u00fcr\u00fcyen merdivenler yerine, y\u00fcr\u00fcnen merdivenleri tercih edin.<\/p>\n

-I\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n dik gelmedi\u011fi saatlerde g\u00fcne\u015fin nimetlerinden yararlan\u0131n. \u00d6zellikle uzun dalga ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00f6zlerinize ve v\u00fccudunuza girmesine izin verin. Faydalar\u0131n\u0131 kitab\u0131n ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden \u00f6\u011frenin.<\/p>\n

-K\u0131saca yapmam\u0131z gereken \u015fey v\u00fccudumuzun fabrika ayarlar\u0131n\u0131 bozacak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yanl\u0131\u015ftan uzak durarak her bahane ile iki de bir hastanelere giderek v\u00fccudumuzun orijinal ayarlar\u0131 ile oynatmamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

-\u00d6zellikle sindirim sistemi ve solunum sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenini bozacak beslenme tarz\u0131ndan ve sigara, nargile, puro gibi v\u00fccudumuzda oksijen ve negatif iyon azl\u0131\u011f\u0131na neden olacak zararl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Kesinlikle unutmamam\u0131z gereken kural, v\u00fccudumuzun ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fal yollardan kar\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131z halinde t\u00fcm h\u00fccreler ve sistemlerin fabrika ayarlar\u0131 gere\u011fi kendi g\u00f6revlerini en muntazam ve en do\u011fru \u015fekilde yerine getirerek t\u00fcm h\u00fccre, organ, sistem ve dokular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n PH de\u011ferlerini istenen seviyelerde tutaca\u011f\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde koruyaca\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n
