G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde insanlar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011funun pek \u00e7ok konuda oldu\u011fu gibi beslenme konusunda da haz\u0131r paket programlara al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyorum. Maalesef uzun uzad\u0131ya emek vererek okuyup, inceleyip, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp uygulamak yerine (i\u015fin kolay\u0131na ka\u00e7arak) sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyle ilgili kurallar\u0131n da az ve \u00f6z olarak \u00f6zetlenmi\u015f \u015fekilde tercih edilece\u011fini tahmin etti\u011fim i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde vermek istiyorum.<\/strong><\/p>\n
